Flocafé — Restaurant in Municipality of Spata - Artemida

I came up to have some branch, however first no one was available to take an order, and once called, one waiter pointed at another that he needs to come, in the end the first waiter came himself after some time.

Then, when ordering, it appeared that most things are no available from already limited menu - I ended up ordering a club sandwich which was the only alternative.

The food overpriced - 12 euro for a club sandwich? Which isn’t even tasty. It came with a huge bowl of fries where some of the fries were undercooked.

While I was eating and simultaneously having a call I had to take, another waitress came, and started telling me to pay (while she sees I’m on a call), I had to apologies to the person I was speaking to and revert to the waitress, asking her excuse me? She repeated I have to pay (whilst I was still half way with my meal and it was pretty obvious that I’m not leaving). I told her “can i pay later?” She told me no you have to pay now, I asked her “can you give me at least 5 min, as I’m in the middle of something?”. She got angry and left.

I have never faced such a situation before honestly.

Later once I was almost finished with my meal, she came again to me saying sorry and pointing at her phone, where with translator she wrote “I’m sorry I had to change shift I didn’t want to disturb”, but I’m pretty sure she could have been more polite in this whole situation.

Well overall - couldn’t continue eating after such an experience.

Coffee is 6€ as well, which is more than normal even for airport prices.

A Greek friend suggested this cafe for a meal and quieter space while we waited to check in for an international flight. The menu looked good however when we went to order nothing, I mean nothing, was available. No handmade lemonade. The waiter said it was finished and directed me downstairs to the take aways. We asked if we could have the Greek burger and can you believe it the waiter suggested I get one next door at Burger King. Two members of the staff were just plain rude. Only one waiter took the time to say that no food was available … the one that suggested take away shops. We ended up just having a beer but really??? Why have a restaurant in an airport if you are not interested in providing what is on the menu and treating customers with a bit of kindness. I cannot review the food as it was...

I was very hungry And excited to try this place trying to make the best of my 5hr flight delay, however once I got to the counter the lady at the counter wouldn’t even let me speak to order my food she just told me what I couldn’t get and as I was asking her what I could get she ran off got me a random sandwich, coffee and a water. I DID NOT EVEN ORDER ANYTHING. And as I was asking her what she even gave me I was shrugged off and she helped the person behind me. The worst part is that I don’t even know what was in the sand which she gave me and when I thought I might as well see. It had olives in it which i am extremely allergic to. Everything about this place was horrible and their drinks are all very warm. A lizard would be hot...
