But, the day i visited i ordered their most hyped MLA potlam biriyani and one chicken biriyani and fish tikka we got a long strand of hair in fish starter we complained about it and the both the biriyani had no taste except the spice in it. You cannot feel any falvor of rice on your taste buds because they only add spice to the rice and nothing else, if we ask or complaint to them they simply come up saying that they wont add any artificial spices or tasting salt to their recipes that is the reason why we can hardly get any flavor from the rice. It is not only with the chicken biriyani, whatever biriyani or pulao we order we get the rice item same which is sticky watery and only has spice but no other flavor only the curry or the variant (whether chicken, fish, prawn) will change in it. And those as well not cooked properly. The chicken in our biriyani which we ordered is not cooked properly. While eating, we could feel the raw flesh of the chicken while biting the piece. They are very undercooked only the outer side is cooked. Not only about the rice but the starters as well not impressive. Their service is also below average. They make us wait for 30 to 40mins during peak time of lunch and dinner and offer us this kind of unsatisfied service and food. We left the food on the table and walked out after paying the bill. Service, however, left much to be desired. The staff’s knowledge of the menu was disappointingly minimal—when I specifically requested an organic mushroom pulao, what arrived at my table was a cultivated button mushroom variant, a stark contrast to what was expected. When questioned, the staff seemed clueless about the distinction.
Hygiene standards were shockingly poor. The very same individuals serving the food were also handling soiled plates, which is an unacceptable breach of basic sanitation. The raita that was served had a fly floating in it—a glaring oversight that raises serious concerns about food safety.
