COCKROACH LARVAE IN FOOD here: Absolute Health Hazard & Customer Service Disaster

Plan B Resto Café is, without exaggeration, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in my life. This café is a disgrace to the food industry, a health hazard, and a total mockery of customer service.

Let’s start with the filthy, unsanitary nightmare that was our drink order. We found COCKROACH LARVAE in our beverages not one but several larvae (photo attached). This is not a "one-off mistake," this is the kind of filth you expect to find in a rat-infested back alley, not a supposedly "professional" café. The fact that they let this happen multiple times (4 or 5 times, according to the staff) just shows the utter disregard they have for hygiene and customer health. They have not even heard of basic sanitation and inspection

The staff? Don’t even get me started. The male staff members we had the displeasure of encountering literally CREEPILY STARED at our group of girls the entire time we were there. Not a single word of courtesy, not an ounce of professionalism—just this unsettling, invasive gaze that made us feel completely uncomfortable and unsafe. This was followed by an absolute refusal to do anything about our DISGUSTING discovery. We asked to speak to the manager, who was conveniently absent, as if he didn’t want to deal with the consequences of their utter failure.

When we asked about the manager, the response was dismissive at best, and downright HOSTILE at worst. The staff didn’t apologize, didn’t offer any compensation, and didn’t even seem to care that they had served us contaminated food and drinks. Instead, we were met with arrogant, snarky comments and the most condescending attitude imaginable. One of them actually said, “Yes, go ahead and write a review” -as if that would be the extent of the consequences they’d face. They know they're disgusting, and they don’t care.

It gets worse. When we pushed for an explanation or any form of acknowledgment, they casually mentioned that this exact situation had occurred FOUR or FIVE times before. So let me get this straight—this place has a history of serving larvae in its drinks, and they just continue operating like it’s no big deal? How is that even legal? Where is the food safety? Where is the accountability? They didn’t even offer to make things right, let alone offer an apology. No, we got dismissed like our concerns didn’t matter in the slightest. Apathetic doesn’t even begin to cover it.

To top it all off, the food was complete trash. Completely tasteless, overcooked, under-seasoned garbage that tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. The kitchen is an embarrassment, and I wouldn’t trust them to cook for anyone, let alone a paying customer.

Plan B is a filthy, disrespectful, unsanitary dump, and I wouldn’t set foot in this place if they paid me. The staff is UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE, the food is ABYSMAL, and the hygiene is APPALLING. The absolute LACK of accountability and the DISMISSIVE attitude we faced when we brought up our concerns made it crystal clear that they have zero interest in customer satisfaction, let alone in maintaining even the most basic standards of cleanliness or quality.

I sincerely hope others steer clear of this health hazard. NEVER AGAIN. Plan B Resto Café, you’ve lost every ounce of credibility you might have ever had. You deserve to...

I've visited the place quite a few times by now. But I'd like to mention my recent visit here. The service was horrible. I guess the person serving food is not a waiter and has Zero patience for taking an order. He was too rude and even delivered Veg items when we ordered chicken ones. Food was fine and all but one expects minimum respect. We were being nice to him but he kept behaving rudely. I guess I should stop visiting this place now. And when I visited the previous time, we ordered ramen and expected this Korean style one with all vegetables and soup. They just put Maggie and knorr soup with a piece of paneer and charged 200 for it. I mean who even calls...

We visited the Seethammadhara branch. Food was awful. Cheese balls were the size of tiny pebbles with no cheese in them. The portion is so small that it doesn’t even suffice toddlers. The worst thing was that there were sand and stones in the chilli mushroom. Food was so disgusting that we had to cancel our order and leave. They charged high prices but didn’t even bother to serve the food saying we had to self serve. I do not recommend this place at all. Worst experience ever.
