The place is very small. The menu could have been curated well, where it feels like it has added everything but not paid attention to their speciality that is chocolate itself. The chocolate fondue is soo overpriced with 569, with barely any exotic food. The market making value of the plate would be below 180 and 400 profit. The ambience pays a lot, the staff does not come from the hospitality background, anyone is been hired, no waiting policy. They have a powdered hot chocolate recipe which should be liquid chocolate like the ones we have at fresh choice. That is much better than the chocolate room. A bit sensible pricing and addressing the waiting concern would make them authentic. This place misses the charm of being a brand that it desires to be. Another make and go place....
