They don't listen to customers or check, if they got orders right. Pizzas at joints like Pizza Hut are prized high. One would expect service to ensure they get orders right for the money you paid. And not have to rush back from home to restaurant to get your order corrected. Overheard similar complaint from another customer on same day. We all got just a sorry and come again for rushing back to restaurant after reaching home to find not what we ordered. Staff seemed more tired out that we complained. Got our orders right on second attempt. I did not get my bill as well. Was told that bill will come to my mobile but it didn't! They could not even find my order by my phone number. Unsure if they got my phone number wrong along with my order! Even customer service that I called never bothered to check back. Poor service over all!

I appreciate mistakes happen. PizzaHut should learn from competitors like Dominos on how to get orders right and how to address...

Another inhospitable pizzahut location in Bangalore. 3 problems Untrained staffs. It is always untrained people standing in the store. The staff I saw today was there during my last month visit also. Still answers are we are new and I don't know to use the system. Today before they take the order, it was 4 person changed (one ask help from another another like that)

Credit cards never work. This is my 3rd visit and all three they wanted me to use card or UPI and most times they say card reader is not working. This time their reason was, we are new and we don't know how to use a credit card.

They give an environment that's closer to the Sahara desert. Almost every time I go, AC is never on and the entire atmosphere is suffocating and not breathable.

It looks like whoever may be the franchise of Bangalore India pizzahut outlets they definitely need to overhaul everything in Bangalore.

I have visited the dodda banaswadi store, which is not mentioned. It was worst experience I had at the store. Very poor and uncivilised service given to us. The person doesn't even know how to speak to the customer. When kammanahalli outlet is giving plate and serving well why can't this outlet do. For everything reason was COVID. The pizza served at the outlet was so horrible and the ambience was like flies and mosquitos sitting on it. I have the photos and video to share. He has billed me for a takeaway order and lied me that there s no pan pizza served for dine in only available in takeaway. This was the first pizza hut which has been so uncivilised and unskilled and unprofessional. I request and yu to pls maintain hygiene.
