Sizzling Szechuan — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I Ordered Fried Tossed Chicken Szechuan Momos from Sizzling Szechuan & instead got a Fried Tossed Chicken SKIN Szechuan Momos. The stuffing inside the momos is 70℅ of Chicken Skin and very little chicken meat and lots of onion & etc.. But no doubt the taste is very Nice, but the feeling when you eat is like a Rubbery chewing eat when you eat the Momos. When complained the owner reacted as if they have never got such a feedback & they agreed to replace the order and also wanted to inspect & recover the delivered food. But while recovering the food, the staff recovered the food and very well agreed that they Do add the chicken SKIN in their momos as it adds flavor and taste to the food. He also agreed that they have a practice of doing it from a long time and no one complained about it. Come on....who would pay Rs 210/- for one plate of chicken momos & who would appreciate eating a rubbery chicken skin filled momos. Utterly disgusting on their part & trying to cheat their customers with their such tasty food. I have attached the photos for evidence which their executive very well felt disgusting and said that he will forward the feed back to the management. Please be careful and don't order this dish from them, also be careful about the other dishes. Well all that is said & done, enjoy their tasty Cooked & Crooked Food. Be Aware. Who would want to eat a chicken skin meal when you pay for the actual chicken...

I visited here to try their starters and ordered a chicken and sea food starter, the sea food starter was good quality and quantity as well.

Whereas the chicken starter few were good but some had the rotten stench to them, and due to the dim lighting couldn't even confirm why there was rotten stench. The dim lighting almost seems like they are trying hard to hide their food quality.

Not many options for individual, but sufficient quantity for a minimum of two people or more.

Noticed just one other customer the whole time I was there and most of their orders were delivery orders.

Hygiene is at the bottom of their list of to do. Noticed a rat scurrying around inside the restaurant between tables as I was almost finishing my meal. Didn't inform them, as the rat hid quickly and I didn't want to be seen as a 'Karen' that's raising unnecessary faults to get a free meal and even if I raise a complaint can't possibly waste my time arguing about something I have no proof of. So I Just paid my bill and walked out feeling nauseous and disappointed.

It lacks a lot and must be addressed...

I have been a regular visitor to this place since 2014, either it is take away or dine-in or delivery.

These days I observe that the taste of the food is not up to mark along with the quantity of the food what they used to provide earlier.

Recently I have ordered mix butter garlic noodles as a take away. But surprisingly, they just gave very few chicken pieces in it and I didn't find any prawns in it.

Also, they are refusing to take credit card for payment which they generally used to accept previously (even last month I visited for a Dine-in and they accepted credit card).

To my surprise, they started imposing GST extra. Previously whether it is Dine-in or takeaway, the price what they mention in the menu card was including GST. But now they started charging it extra.

Coming to the Dine-in option, the place is not that clean & tidy which is supposed to be and they hardly turn on the AC ( they give you a reason that only one AC...
