My recent visit to Tamarind left me pleasantly surprised by the overall dining experience. Here's a breakdown of my observations:
Tamarind offers good value for money, which was a refreshing aspect. I felt that I received quality food and service without feeling like I overspent.
Although Tamarind has a limited beer selection and doesn't serve small pints, I found their beer offerings satisfactory. The focus on quality over quantity was appreciated.
One of the standout aspects was the food portion and quality. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. However, I did feel that they could consider offering larger portion sizes to cater to a bigger crowd.
The staff at Tamarind were a highlight of the experience. Their friendly and courteous attitude added a personal touch to the visit, making it all the more enjoyable.
The lighting in the restaurant was just right – not too dim and not too bright. It contributed to a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
The washrooms were well managed and maintained, which is always a plus in any dining establishment.
While the seating arrangement was decent, there's room for improvement. With a little more attention to seating comfort and layout, Tamarind could elevate the overall ambiance of the restaurant.
In summary, my dining experience at Tamarind was largely positive. With good value for money, quality food, and friendly staff, it's a place I would recommend for a pleasant evening out. A few adjustments in portion sizes and seating arrangement could further enhance the...
Read more1/5 - AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE, High Price, Low Quality & quantity, below average taste
I'm still fuming after the absolutely appalling dining experience at Hotel tammarind. The fake reviews online are a complete and utter lie! We were duped into thinking we'd get great food, but what we got was ridiculously overpriced, disgustingly subpar, and soul-crushingly bad food that would make even the most forgiving diner want to vomit.
The prices are daylight robbery – a 20₹ water bottle being sold for 40₹ is just the tip of the iceberg of their shameless greed. The bill we received was a slap in the face, and the attached receipt is proof of their brazen price gouging.
The empty hotel on a Sunday was a dead giveaway – the bar had a handful of patrons, but the dining area was a ghost town, a testament to the hotel's complete failure. It's clear that no one eats here by choice, and we'd be surprised if they last another month.
Don't waste your money or your taste buds on this overhyped, underseasoned disaster. The management needs to take a hard look at their business practices and kitchen skills, or better yet, shut down and spare the public. Until then, steer clear of this dump, this nightmare, this absolute catastrophe of a hotel.
UPDATE: If you're looking for a place to throw your money away, be my guest. Otherwise, trust me and avoid this hotel like a toxic waste dump. Zero...
Read moreI always wanted to visit this place so reached here today at 9 p.m. and we were two people.
With disgust, I am telling you kindly don't visit this place they don't have customer ethics and have never been insulated like this.
The reception lady said that she will go and check if a place is available in the family area and she went and spoke with the waiter and came back to us and said there is no place.
When I went inside the area and see at the corner there a 6 seater table available and when I asked about that the waiter is telling me that we allow only 6 people there.
I request the owner of this property don't be money hungry you will not take it while you die.
Requesting sensible and educated people to not visit this place and lower your standard.
This place is best suited for mawalais and all not for people with good background did a mistake by even entering this area.
