I recently visited Thalapakatti, Hennur Bagalur Main road and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, largely due to the poor service.

Service: From the moment we walked in, the service was disorganized and inattentive. We waited for over just to be seated, despite having a reservation. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took another to even get menus.

Once seated, things did not improve. Even after placing our order, it took an unusually long time for the food to arrive. By the time it did, some dishes were cold.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere was chaotic, with no clear direction for staff or seating arrangements. I also noticed other diners were equally frustrated with their service.

Food: While this review focuses on the service, I must add that the food did not make up for the experience. It was average at best, and given the long wait, it didn’t feel worth it.

Overall, seriously needs to work on its customer service and staff training. Sadly, I won't be returning anytime soon and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting a pleasant...

I'm writing to share a negative review of the Dindigul Thalappakatti restaurant in Hennur.

I went to the restaurant for dinner last night at prime dining time (9:15pm), and they were out of mutton biryani. This was the only thing I wanted to order, and I was very disappointed.

I ordered the egg masala instead, and it was pathetic. The eggs were overcooked and dry, and the masala was bland. The paratha was also served cold.

The service was the worst part of the experience. The waiter was rude and dismissive. He didn't seem to care that I was unhappy with my food.

I'm very disappointed with my experience at Dindigul Thalappakatti. Since they opened a their new branch at Hennur, Bengaluru... I thought of taking my wifey and brother out for dinner and I'm very disappointed that the quality of the food and service has declined so much.

I hope you'll take my feedback into consideration and make some improvements to...
