Sweet Chariot — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I've recently ordered two cakes from Sweet Chariot and I must say, the taste, on time delivery and the presentation was top notch. I ordered a Heart shaped pinnata cake in the flavour -Choco Ribbon cake . I was surprised by the way it came out because i just sent them a picture of what I want and to they made it look better than the picture. Also the taste of the 3 layer choco ribbon cake was devine. I highly recommend this place to everyone in and around kothanur.

Update : have been ordering cakes from them quite often, ordered their Christmas hampers as well as recent Bachelorette cake. I love how responsive they are and their service is the best, this cake was make exactly as per the picture we sent them from the internet and it was a Blueberry buttercream cake which tasted amazing. Never Ever !!

Black Forest cake worth 850 bought on 08/07/2025 was completely rotten to the core. If you guys scroll through the reviews you will find similar reviews in between complaining about rotten cakes being served. It’s a fraud and a trick , these people try to pass on few spoilt cakes along with other fresh cakes. As a result they will get rid of their old and rotten cake bases/ cakes/whatnot on regular intervals..

When complained at around 10:30 PM the same day, I was asked to put the cake in the freezer and bring it to the store next morning for investigation but No replacement | No refund ! Are we fools to travel 5-6 KMs , invest our hard earned money , try to celebrate the occasion with our family and tell lie ???

Please avoid this shop and the franchise and compel these people to shut...

Had the worst experience here..it was my dads bday..we had ordered butterscotch cake..they told it was freshly made yesterday..but when we cut the cake and just took one slice piece in our mouth..it was completely spoilt and sour. When we went there and complained..they dint even replace the cake with a new one, when we asked for a refund..they dint even bother to refund it back..it was a half kg cake or something..costing 850..which is pretty costly.. imagine having to eat a cake like this on your bday in the night..and realising its completely spoilt. Very very disappointed.. The least they could do was refund..but they dint.. I dont suggest this place to anyone.. Doesnt deserve 1...
