Months after they have opened, the Uncle who owns the place did not allow me to redeem my loyalty points here. Thrice have I visited and he denied to redeem my points complaining some technical issue. I also got in touch with #Loyalty team and they said I can redeem it. Fourth time I visited and found the same uncle and also taught him how to redeem by shedding off 4000(800*5 small scoops), but at the end he again asked me to pay for the 5 scoops unnecessarily. Uncle behaved very arrogantly and he said "Tumlog jaise customers ko jaante hain". This is what I got for teaching him some technical stuffs. He was not ready to give Ice-Creams for Loyalty Points. Visited Apsara Ice Creams once again. It still is one of the stores which is an option for ice creams late at night. When we reached they were taking orders but were not allowing to sit inside as it was late. The variety as always is quite good. One gets a variety of ice creams to choose from and that at times is a pain considering the number of options. We tried Belgium Bites, Roasted Almonds, Blueberry cheese Cake, Berrybonanza. My personal favorite was Belgium bites. Someone who likes to experiment has a lot to choose from. Service is good but staff lack the enthusiasm and eagerness to serve customers.
