Updating Review for post sale service Update after 3 months Rating change - Old 5 star, NEW 1 star. Reason for the drastic change - If you are buying anything expensive, please note this is not a place. They delivered used tv (might be in showroom). After multiple follow ups (which you should not after buying premium products) the sales person started showing sort of irritating behaviour. Asked to follow up with brand and said girias can not help Surprisingly, got the TV replaced. But this time too I got used TV, there were marks which can easily indicate the TV is used.
The delivery person was very much rude and not professional behaviour at all. He was handling 1.5L tv as if like a mirror. Unnecessary he was trying to test how hard is the material(this is for the TV which I returned, but eventually that will also be delivered to someone for sure).
Cashback - the unknown and uncertain in all ways. They will promise big cashback which you might not receive even partially. I did not received even single rupee post 3 months.
Big advice - Spend some more money buy in other branded stores and get unused new product. Don't fall for the cashback.
Every changed mind after reading this review will be for sure a happy mind.

Read moreWorst experience I had with this shop in terms of customer service...Price also little higher when compared to other shops..I bought aqua guard superb model for 20k here but you can get the same brand and specs in 18k from pai international with compliments and discounts. You can check it out literally as I'm not promoting pai here. .as these 2 shops are close by in the same area. Delivery also went in pieces,fridge one day and the fridge stand after few days...no customer service totally..if I didn't insist them to bring the fridge stand then I would've been asked to come to the shop to pick up that and place my fridge all.by.myself...worst experience so far...will never ever step in to this shop again....
For.the aquaguard demo, only God knows how I struggled to get them on board as it is coordinated by girias...usually before purchase they will say one date but it's not the reality...after purchase we have to run behind them constantly to get that done..

Read moreWe bought an LG TV from their store on May 25th. We decided to buy from a store instead of online since we wanted to ensure that the TV was delivered in good condition and we get good after sales service. We were very disappointed to see that the TV delivered next day was damaged, with a huge crack on the screen, seems to have happened during packing or transit. We have been waiting for a replacement TV since then, it's been 10 days since and still haven't received a replacement. We have been calling back and forth between Girias and LG service for 10 days now, still no update regarding the replacement TV.
We are now stuck with the damaged TV and waiting with fingers crossed for replacement.
Update: We finally received the replacement TV on June 11 and installation was done the same day. The new TV is working well. The sales process was smooth, the sales man Chandrappa explained everything clearly, let us try out different TVs at will at the store and gave us a good deal and some free gifts too. But after sales experience for us was disappointing with an ambiguous process, repeated follow ups and long wait to get our replacement TV. Girias' customer service process post purchase should...
