WORST RESPONSE
2days back when we called to this gas agency and requested them saying " we want to return our gas cylinders , please come and take it " as we were moving back to our native. The person we spoke to replied - no we will not come and take it , u people should only return 2 gas cylinders by yourself . Today when we were trying to buk ola and where asking them that we are taking cylinders along with us , they said " it's not legal mam if police person catch hold of us then you people have to give the penalty " . So for just 2kms - we paid ola person 600rs. And leave about money , it took us 1 hour time to convince ola person and make him agree to help us. I wonder are these has agency people not aware of this rule that - legally we can't take it by ourselves in auto?????? The funniest part is when we tell the whole story there in gas agency , they are asking us " y didn't you make a call sir ??? " We would have sent 1 person and you u would have paid only 150 rs for that person . We have a person for that" ........ Like seriously dude!!!!!! We tried to call them 10times since morning today and no reply . None of them bothered to rcv the call nor to call us back .
we purchased regulator from the same gas agency for -250rs . Today when we wanted to return it back, just that there logo was not there on the top of regulator they charged us -350rs and they are arguing that it's our responsibility to take care of that. It sounds so silly ,that we r buying wit extra amount of 250rs and giving again penalty of 350rs . Pathetic people . Pathetic service . everything they charge , no response to calls, no correct...
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this gas agency. I went in to apply for just a gas connection with two cylinders, but they didn't provide any clear details on the cost upfront. When I returned the next day, I was shocked to learn that I was being forced to buy additional items like a trolley, apron, stove, and lighter, even though I only wanted the connection and cylinders. They made it clear that if I didn't purchase these items, they would cancel my request.
Under pressure and without much time, I ended up agreeing to take everything, costing me around ₹9,000. When I went to pay, they informed me that they only accept cash—no cards or UPI payments. I had to rush to the nearest ATM to withdraw the money.
Here's the kicker: the ₹9,000 included only ₹4,000 for the deposit on the regulator and cylinders. The rest of the amount? It feels like they pocketed it. On top of that, they forced me to leave a review on Google before I even received my papers. Now I understand how they manage to get so many "good" reviews.
Also, just to be clear, after all this, I'll still have to pay ₹1,600 when the cylinders are delivered to my home. That brings the total to ₹10,600 for a two-cylinder gas connection. And to top it off, they won't even take a single photocopy of my original documents without charging extra. It feels like they just want to make money off their customers in every way possible.
I don't know what to do with the extra items they forced on me (the stove, trolley, apron), and I can't believe how this agency operates. I would not recommend...

This is how the issue started... About 2 years back, The delivery boy said he will give cylinders not used in my quota to others. I said "No". He said he will pay me as well . I was not happy with this. Called and informed Murali Gas.
Ever since this delivery boy hasn't been delivering on time (mostly would put it as "Door locked" or "Lift not working"). I complained several times including an online complaint. I was obviously unhappy and stopped giving tips for delivery.
This became a bigger problem and he now cancels all deliveries. I called up Murali Gas again and repeated the whole thing. The lady at Murali gas spoke to the delivery boy and asked me why I was not paying delivery charges. Told her I will surely pay any charges and asked her how much was the delivery charge. She said as much as you like – So, this was actually referring to the tip – I am shocked. Wondered if she too was receiving a commission.
Told her I am happy to pay a tip if the refill was delivered on time. She said I will get the refill tomorrow. Again my refill booking was cancelled.
At home, I have a 78 year old Alzheimer’s patient and a 3 year old kid – Neither of whom can eat outside.
Also, to add if there is a leakage, no one cares to attend from Murali Gas.
Put a complaint to HP. if this does not help, what next:...
