I have been ordering from Green DNA for the last 2plus years after using different organic vendors.. Vegetables and Fruits are fresh and tasty.. They have four delivery slots in a week and the best thing is no plastic is used while delivery.. All products are either packed with paper or bio degradable material.. I have recently deducted a start from the rating because in the recent past have seen products which was not completely fulfilled as expected, feedbacks are not taken positively instead a debate is encountered which does not lead to a pleasant situation and another star was deducted because I have been sharing with them it would be really great if the delivery can happen in the morning rather than afternoon. Online ordering is a breeze and the payment platform works well.. Reply to queries are fast but feedbacks are taken emotionally which should not happen .. I would like to say that feedbacks are shared so that there is a positive environment to do business and it should be taken positively and never personally. I like the vegetables...

Not a good place to order vegetables. Ordered some vegetables last week. Most of the products weighed less than the specified weight. Most of the vegetables were of very poor quality. Mostly, very old vegetables. the sort of vegetables that usually stores scrape. Looks like they take advantage of online orders to sell off their old stock. Mainly Ginger, mostly more than few weeks old. Price is much on the higher side. May be price would have been acceptable if the quality and freshness maintained. No response for the mail sent regarding old veggies and under weight. Presume they are aware of the malpractice and dont want to respond. Even 1 star is not worth.

Hi Guys, There was a call from Mr.Praveen, GreenNDA, about the improper supplies. He had apologized and sent some replacement for the some of the products. Hopefully they will improve and handle customer grievance in a better way. A random one such incident cannt be counted to say the company is bad. Will see if I can order again, as and...

I have been ordering produce from them for about an year now..If you are looking to turn organic without burning a hole in your pocket, green dna is one of the best option. They take preorders and delivery thrice a week and on time..the vegetables are always fresh as they apparently pluck only the day before delivery,but you would get them in all shapes and sizes being them organic..their spread of produce have been growing over the last one year I have seen..now they supply organic dry groceries too.. coming to the fruits they have many varieties of them, but the catch is you will get them as they are available for the day of delivery.. sometime they are ripe and sometimes raw but mostly ready to consume..it's a part of being organic and it helps you to sharpen your grandma skills to manage them..in case any of the products aren't available they give a voucher that can be redeemed in the next order..overall it has been a hassle free organic suppy with them for me till now.....
