Worst experience visited here on Rakshabandhan the people of the store are very worst and very rude they don't have Comon sence they don't have manners to talk to customer i waited for 1/2 an hour asking them for sweets and they did not respond me becoz i was taking 1/4 kg sweets and also i am speaking kannada they are very much interested to people who are talking Hindi becoz they were taking 1Kg sweets.. Becoz of this people Kannada culture is going worst. When i shouted on them they are telling me i have to wait for more time..And they told me they will not give me sweets and telling lie that i did not asked for sweets. When i told them to check the camera they refused to check...worst people no one is having manners to talk to women's. They have to put the board who our taking 1kg sweets we will only respond them. Dont have option to give Zero otherwise i could have given 0. I knew no one will take this serious but it's ok i will never visit this shop again and i will suggest my frnds and family not to go this shop worst...

The worst customer experience ever. Both staff and owner needs to learn mannners. The staff will misbehave and if you complain to the manager (who sits at the cash counter) he would say.. "ohh why are you cribbing so much" instead of apologizing for the staff behavior. The staff has the audacity to refuse to serve you saying..we dont have packing for small quantities AND GETS BUSY SERVING BULK ORDERS. I don't know where it is written if you buy less you deserve less respect. Its diwali time and you obviously get bulk orders but don't forget everyday is not Diwali.
