When we were looking for a daycare for our daughter, we found that Klay stood out on the following grounds compared to other day care facilities :- Safety- The spaces in Klay are planned and outfitted with child safe, equipments and materials. You can rest assured that your child would not suffer from any grave injuries. They also have a nurse on-premise who can administer basic first aid. Attention- Klay had one of the best child to caregiver ratio, which results in more attention being paid towards your children. Hygiene- Klay has a stringent hygiene protocol which is followed diligently by the staff. Monitoring- We get live CCTV footage of our daughter which was missing from almost all of the day cares in the neighbourhood. Trust me it helps you to calm your anxiety, whenever you are worried about your little ones. Food- For working parents, it is difficult to prepare all the meals for kids(as most of toddlers do not have a mature taste pallet) at the start of the day before sending your little ones to daycare.Since most of us have to work in hybrid models, those days of travelling to office along with the additional overhead of creating a full course of meal for kids where we also have to ensure they get sufficient nutrition, is a very difficult task. Klay alleviates us from this by providing hygienic and balanced meals(on additional charges). And plans are very flexible, you can only subscribe to any particular meal of your choice. Open to Feedback- The team at Klay ETC is very open to feedback and are always willing to listen to us and work with us towards the betterment of our daughter. Responsive- Whenever we needed to convey any misses, or forgot to update any callouts for our daughter while dropping her off, the team was immediately reachable over call.

One more thing to note is that Klay doesn’t operate in a franchisee model and therefore the process, rules and regulations are consistent throughout their centres.This is ensured by timely audits and inspections. A few things like, ETC center is missing an outdoor activity area(as they are stationed inside a tech park). But this is also being worked on by the team, by designating some planned outdoor activity during their weekly curriculum and some more classroom activities should be added to keep the kids more engaging. It has been an incredible journey since we enrolled our children at the center when they were just 1 year 9 months old. As they approach their third birthday in July, I can confidently say that our overall experience has been excellent. One of the other reasons we chose Klay ETC Centre is because of the CCTV access provided to parents, which allows us to keep an eye on our children whenever we feel the need to check on them.
