Location is good, check in procedure was fine, we have enter the room, room was very small and some smell, window was not closing lock issues, we have asked slipper it was changeable that fine we have request for comb that not availability and oil too also NA, then asked small towel that also not available and bath towel, bath mat nothing is available , then we have try to order food in that also no proper food also not available, in menu card there is many options but when we have try to order that service staff replied that nothing is available only check curry and egg items is available , then we have order egg fried rice and chicken fried rice in that also chicken fried rice is worst it's was not salt no taste, room food is very bad we have got worst experience, staff behavior was very bad who was receive phone for order he was very bad behavior, talk rudely, no hospitality behavior, who came for service food he also unprofessional, we use to travel many places and stay many hotel or homestay but this was pathetic .because of brand people come this hotel if they get 1 time get service then they will not come again, spending money and not get properly hospitality then what is the use to go this kind of hotel there is many maintainence issues, not completely...

Called up a day before check-in and requested for the same, was told "will be tried"....On day of Check-in made 1,2,3,4...4 to 5 requests for the adjacent rooms. Was given an upgraded room and the other room at a distance, with the reason "at least they are on the same floor". "Room adjacent has already been allotted". Wasim/Hari, hope you remember? Room Service: Had to walk to the pantry and take water bottle's myself as Room Service was a distant dream. Food: Ok, but no variety. Checkout: Incorrect name mentioned in the accompanying guest name, "So what, just an error"...reason mentioned. Joseph Will not recommend for a family and honestly being a frequent visitor of the earlier Ginger, the new and renovated one seems more a cosmetic change. The word hotel is derived from the French hôtel (coming from the same origin as hospital), which referred to a French version of a building seeing frequent visitors, and providing care, rather than a place offering accommodation. The room I got had all amenities, but irony was that the washroom was equipped without a basic requirement of a tap to take care of the quick hygiene cleanliness needs, you either have a wash basin or a fixed wall shower. You cant expect the guest to take a full shower every single time to maintain basic hygiene. Atleast a hand shower is required..... The next day I raised my concern with hotels assistant manager Mr.Bipaswan, he was patient & helped me to change to a room with a hand shower. I would have provided 4 stars, but the washroom amenities are not enough. In India its mandatory that every single room in such properties should have a full fledged wet washroom amenities. Keeping this issue aside this hotel's amenities meets all you requirements for your business stay requirements. The overall cleanliness is good. You get shaving kit, wash kits & affordable laundry options too. They regularly replenish your stock of tea, coffee, coffee whitener, water bottles & soaps. You get 24 hours room service assistance.
