They have lost their loyal customers for just 250 Rs. and with bad behaviour! I was there customer for past 3 years but now I can say that Tanishq is way more better than Malabar , in serving customers ! A shocking incident happened with me ! Let me tell ! As we all know they run yearly scheme where we have to pay monthly, and I have taken their scheme for the 3rd consecutive year ! Usually they give a pass book ! In this internet era they accept payment online but they don’t believe their own online history of customer!when they have given us passbook , they have not told us the terms and conditions, like if u lost this passbook you can’t take your money back or can’t purchase unless you have a notary affidavit with u ! Yea it’s true ! You have to go to nearest Gov Notary office , have to purchase a legal document of rs 250 and type , sign and all formalities and then only after approval of higher authorities that will take 4 ,5 working days , u can use your money ! This is how they treat us , who has purchased worth a lakh Gold from them ! Usually when you lost card you can give the Penalty and you have another one , but here u have to give a legal notary ! They live in 1947 era ! They app is poor , even they don’t believe in there system! And apart from it , when I said to manager that this is so strict rule , why should I go to Gov office ? Money is mine account is mine , if u don’t your three year old customer then u can cross check my id ! They rudely replied this is the process only ! And then I said who will come to u ? COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME !!

Wish there was zero rating for this store !! So I visited this store only because it was the nearest one to my location, and one hour into trying to select the best jewellery for me I had my mind on one jewellery, however the sales lady kept pressuring me into buying diamonds instead, which I said am not in mood for for diamonds . By the time we went back to the one I liked they replaced the jewellery and said it’s been shuffled as our regular process !! Seriously?? Also there was no customer except me .. I asked multiple times can I get the one I liked, they said sorry mam may be it’s been kept somewhere. So I finally ended up buying nothing to show them what happens if you don’t allow customer to choose what they like . I was totally aware that they tryna push me to buy the most expensive one . However u just lost a high paying customer . I did notice them talking in signs and I sensed they not keen on selling me what I like .. this was complete waste of my time . A girl walks into jewellery shop in a happy mood but I walked out in anger.

I even spoke about a particular gemstone which they said it’s available but within 15 minutes they said we don’t have it ready ! Am wondering am I confused or them ??? Or are they hallucinating ?? Am sure the management has trained them to do so but if you continue this sort of behaviour am sure u guys will loose one customer...
