๐๐ Cafe Sandoz: A Mixed Bag of Flavors and Service! ๐๐
Hey there, fellow foodies and weekend warriors! ๐โโ๏ธ I recently visited Cafe Sandoz (เคเฅเคซเฅ เคธเฅเคเคกเฅเค) for a dinner outing with my colleagues, and let me tell you, it was an experience that left us with both satisfied taste buds and a few raised eyebrows. ๐๐คจ
First things first, the place was packed to the brim! ๐ฅ It was a weekend, after all, so we had to navigate through a sea of cars in the mall's parking lot just to get to the cafe. ๐๐ ฟ๏ธ But hey, a crowded restaurant is usually a good sign, right? ๐
We kicked off our culinary adventure with a variety of starters. ๐๐ From soups and cold coffees to dimsums and chaat, we tried it all! ๐ The hazelnut cold coffee was a delightful treat, and the fresh farm pizza was a crowd-pleaser. ๐โ But the real star of the show? The green sauce pasta! ๐๐ It was hands down the best dish of the night. ๐
However, not everything was sunshine and rainbows. ๐ The four cheese pizza, dimsums, and dahi ke sholey left us scratching our heads. ๐๐ฅ Especially the dahi ke sholey โ it was so sweet, it felt like we were eating dessert for starters! ๐ฎ๐
The service was okay, but the waiters seemed to have a bit of a hearing problem. ๐๐ We specifically asked them not to add any vegetables to the four cheese pizza, but they went ahead and did it anyway. ๐๐ฅฆ It's like they had a secret agenda to sneak in some greens! ๐
For the main course, we indulged in a variety of dishes like shahi paneer, tawa chaap masala, kadhi paneer, and veg pulao. ๐๐ Accompanied by an assortment of rotis and garlic naan, the main course managed to redeem the overall experience. ๐๐ The flavors were on point, and the portions were generous enough to satisfy our hungry bellies. ๐ฝ๏ธ๐
In the end, we walked out of Cafe Sandoz with mixed feelings. ๐ Some dishes were a hit, while others missed the mark. ๐ฏโ The service had its quirks, but the main course managed to save the day. ๐ฆธโโ๏ธ๐
We ended up shelling out a whopping 8,500 rupees for our dinner, thanks to the convenience of Zomato Dine-in. ๐ธ While it wasn't a cheap affair, the experience was decent enough to justify the price tag. ๐ฐ๐
Will we be rushing back to Cafe Sandoz anytime soon? Probably not. ๐ค With so many other dining options out there, we're eager to explore and discover new culinary delights. ๐ฝ๏ธ๐
But if you find yourself at Cafe Sandoz, go in with an open mind and a willingness to embrace the highs and lows of the experience. ๐ Just remember to double-check your order with the waiters and be prepared for a few surprises along the way! ๐

It was our worst experience ever to a restaurant.
I DO NO RECOMMEND going to this place and I can repeat it number of times.
Reason for one star : there is no option for negative star.
We went to cafe sandoz, pacifical mall, NSP on Saturday night for dinner and we were total of 5 including a year old baby. We requested high chair which they provided, but it was extremely dirty and nobody cared to clean that either. We had to ask them number of times to clean that up. FIRST TURN OFF
Later, we ordered dal tadka, Kadhai paneer and malai kofta (supposed to be their signature dish) upon recommendation by staff itself which was served to us after around 20-25 mins of good wait. And I must tell you, none of them were good, Dal Tadka was blend and did not had salt at all, Malai Kofta was tooooo sweet and Paneer cubes I Kadhai paneer were dry, either they were from leftover or may be thatโs the preparation style of their chef.
Also as a surprise ingredient, my wife got iron nail in his portion of Dal Tadka. When it was showed to our server, he took that from us on a pretext of showing the same to chef. However when we asked him about that iron nail later, he said that its misplaced.
Followed after we called restaurant manager and discussed the matter with him and informed him about the iron nail piece. But he bluntly said that we are lying and dal was finished from the bowl. Till this point we were polite enough so as not to disturb others enjoying their meal within the restaurant. But when he said that we are lying, we had to raise our voices and we informed each individual within restaurant about their misconduct and also about their so called hygienic Dal Tadka.
This whole dram went for good 20-25 mins and later we decided to just pay the bill and leave, which we did. But at the of this chapter, that same restaurant manager told me around the corner that he was well informed by his staff about the iron nail but he was trying to prove us wrong in restaurant full with other customers.
The intent of this review is just to let everyone know, WHERE THEY ARE EATING. YOU CAN NOT TRUST ON SUCH PEOPLE WHO CAN RISK YOUR LIFE JUST FOR THE GAIN OF 200/300 bucks.

its my 4th visit and this time I had bad experience. Waiting time 25 min but informed 10 min. U shud always tell exact or more time than estimated less time during rush hours It seems Due to rush chicken handi was cooked too quickly as gravy had more of Tomato taste than before. Main issue Booked thru dineout which had pre booking offer of cold coffee. I booked instantly before paying the bill but slot available was for 30 min later. But we were done 40 min before so I paid the bill and before that I asked waiter to get cold coffee nd his reply was that it can be only given as per booking time. So I had no option to pay the bill but why are you taking payment before time then? But anyway I paid bill with extra 50rs but waiter said we won't get it back so don't pay extra tip online. but I had to as minimum payment had better offer. I even paid cash tip. I wud hv bought coffee in that amount. :-) I told issue to the Manager and response was that waiter is new, wout asking who serviced us. But now u hv paid the bill so nothing can be done now. Though I informed before paying the bill. So a Very lame reply and promise to offer a coffee next time for free given verbally as if he wud remember customer like me ever. U r not sitting in shop but a resturant, so talk sense and get some customer experience training which was missing. I m a repeat customer and still come even after this experience but will make sure this time I talk to u b4 claiming any offer to see if u have right answers or not.As said I paid extra 50rs in bill to ur resturant and 50 tip to ur service guy and I wud hv easily paid 150.more to get a coffee but stand by your offers
I informed Swiggy too about same and they were kind enuff to atleast acknowledge the issue and will look into it
