Dhaba Estd 1986 Delhi, Pacific mall Pitampura — Restaurant in Delhi

I was hoping for a good food but I was totally disappointed Food does look deleicious but when I had one spoon of daal it was totally rotten It was not at all fresh Breads and paneer was fine It is overpriced as well ..one katori of raita costed us 400 something.. When you are charging such a huge amount then the hospitality should be according to that..they brought us glasses of water and katories in hand and they took around 30 minz to serve food..that’s also understood because there was so much rush they had a good staff…still they were late in services…sitting arrangements were also not good they had a long adjoined sofa on the left side of entrance ..so there is no privacy for anyone…they gave a table next to me to a big family ..they were literally sitting next to me ..it was like a bus ride ..restaurant should only accept the guests according to there capacity…totally totally disappointed.. Consequences of visiting there for me is that I suffered a stomach infection today morning ..after eating there food last night..I won’t recommend it to anyone and won’t even visit there again not...

Restaurant ka naam rakha hai Dhaba aur mall mei khol rakha... par harkatei sadakchaap wali...

If you ever crave for good Indian food, skip Dhaba Estd 1986.

Had reserved a table at Dhaba estd 1986 NSP for 9:30 pm today, and while my guests reached at 9:15 pm and asked him to check for reservation. The manager Sudhanshu or Subhanshu deliberately delayed checking the register.

At 9:30 pm when we saw people who came after us getting entry before us, I asked him to explain.

That guy had an audacity of saying

"Aapne dineout se deal li hai naa, wait karo. Discount ki deal khareed ke aaye ho naa".

If you have problem with people buying deals, then why are you even listing your deals on dineout?

Ravi Saxena Vineett Kochar please hire some decent people people, "Chhapri staff has ruined your image permanently".

I have always paid for my meals and you guys know that but telling me "discounted deal li hai naa, toh wait karo".

PS: we had two senior citizens with us and he didn't even bother to...

This was our first visit to this restaurant which eventually turned as our last because we will never go again to this place in future also.. the staff were so rude and insensitive. After we sat on our table for the first five minutes no waiter were present there to even offer us menu card .. we went there with our little kids who were crying as they were hungry we tried to make them calm .. but surprisingly instead of getting the service a bit quick and understanding our situation the manager came to us and said to make the kids silent as other guests are getting disturbed .. so insensitive is to even say that .. and when the same thing we said to him another waiter came to our table and said please pay the bill of the water bottle which have been opened by you and you can leave … sorry to say but even a small street vendor also have better way of speaking and courtesy than this over hyped place who charge 125 rs for a bottle of water and give such unsatisfactory...
