I recently had an exceptional dining experience at a restaurant that surpassed all expectations. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a charming and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for a memorable evening.

Contrary to the premium charges, the food was exquisitely bad, so was the service, with clueless staff pondering around. In short at 3x the rates of simplest of food like chicken tikka rebranded unnecessary as suravie special, was a total bummer, that too when it was left to the attendent to recommend, against the items we selected which were either not available or was said to be different than what was mentioned on menu. A same repeat with pizza which ended us giving up, and ordering the simplest of all, a margerita, again based on the recommendation of the server.

Lastly thought they tried to push the illogical bundle offer of 5 imported beer bucket of at a discounted 1799, that supposedly had the Indian bira, our better judgement choose 1+1 on regular pricing which too @ 3x was cheaper than the bucket. In all a total disaster of an experience, compounded with erroneous judgement to choose suravia for our three hour pitstop. Thank you not again.

Restaurant seems nice and have ample tables. Location in good in pacific mall. Service is fast. We first ordered kiwi mint cooler and orange kafir lime, both were really nice and refreshing. Then we ordered mutton seekh kebab, it was just ok but we get it quickly. Then we asked manager for a spicy main course chicken fish and he suggested Puran Singh tariwala with bones. Service was fast but waiter just put it on table and did not serve each of us. Same was with starter kebab. This chicken dish was awful, seemed like big cut of boiled chicken is simply dumped into tomato soup. After dinner no finger bowl or wet tissue was offered. Also no basic mouth fresheners. For a place with cost of 2700 for two person, it is a big letdown especially looking at competitors in same mall. Won't recommend here again based on...
