HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED 🤬👽 uni
From where should i start. I mean they are not even matching standards of local restaurants opening up now a days serving @ 700 for 2.
Ok so I have booked seating for 20 people for indoor section, the moment we entered into the space, kids were running around and yelling on each other i belive their parents were enjoying on the rooftop and they have left the kids on the floor below.
Anyhow somehow we settled and ordered the snacks which took around 45 mins to arrive so meanwhile we roam around and got to know few interesting things you also should know.
Ladies washroom way goes through mens washroom area whose door is not auto close and always remains open so whenever any lady has to use washroom she has to see mens peeing first and then can go to her washroom(posting image as well)
Furthermore washrooms are equipped with cheap tiles and toiletries and weird lighting scheme. Hand wipes box was empty and staff has no time to even clean the space and close the door.
Cafe kitchen has no door to block the heat and that flows throught the corridors and washrooms.
Finally our starter came which was ok ok & very minimalist in portion...a.aa...dont expect any taste talk here because they have set expectations on a high bar shooting prices higher than the famous chef kunal Kapoor's restaurant PINCODE just next to them which is far more better in terms of price taste and portion so bad luck to me that I have chosen them.
Then our main course arrived that was ordered in advance 45 min looking at their serving speed. We ordered Daal makhni and paneer lababdaar which was ok. I mean i have tasted much better versions at even normal restaurants.
Along with this we ordered butter naan which was soggy and looked like rejected from another table and served to us. On asking to replace it with normal roti they again took 20 mins for that.
Serving onion and mint sauce to 20 people in 2 bowls was adequate as per them. I leave decision on you guys whether it was ok or not.
For punjabi family a perfect blend of spice and mint sauce is a must have but they failed here as well.
After all this struggle I went to get my bill to a counter as the staff was very ignoring and busy in their stuff and told them that i have not been serviced well and kindly remove the service charge from the bill on which their floor manager replied. sir we don't have any policy to gesture clients.
That was height and i told my family to move out from this space this very moment whereas they were planning to have sweet dish as well.
So I have paid them and walked away but seriously this was the most pathetic experience for me to dine out.
Best alternative options for far far better experience and better prices.

Read moreI recently visited Cling in Delhi, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I was appalled by the unprofessionalism and disrespect I encountered from multiple staff members, including the waiters, reception, and most shockingly, the in-house photographer.
From the moment I stepped in, the staff's attitude was far from welcoming. The waiters were indifferent and inattentive, treating us as if they were doing us a favor. The reception staff lacked basic courtesy and professionalism, showing little regard for making guests feel comfortable or respected.
But the most disturbing part of my visit was the behavior of the photographer. He lacked basic ethics and seemed to have no idea how to behave, especially around women. It was borderline harassment, and I was shocked by how unprofessional and inappropriate his conduct was. It was a truly unpleasant and disturbing experience, one that I would never expect from a supposedly high-end establishment.
I should have filed a formal complaint to the higher management, and honestly, I still might. This is not just an issue of bad service – it’s about respect and basic decency. The management at Cling needs to take this seriously and ensure that their staff are trained in how to behave professionally and respectfully towards all guests, especially women.
In a world where hospitality and guest experiences are valued, professionals like those at Cling are setting a terrible example for the community. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and the management needs to step up, take responsibility, and ensure that incidents like this never happen again. I sincerely hope they learn a lesson and prioritize treating guests, especially women, with the respect and dignity...
Read moreHad an amazing time at this restaurant and bar. The place instantly impresses with its stunning interiors and lively vibe. The DJ sets the perfect mood, making it an ideal spot to unwind and groove with friends. Talking about the drinks the watermelon mojito was quite basic, but the sangria martini completely stole the show with its rich and refreshing flavors. The pineapple drink was another winner, definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while. Coming to the food, every snack on the menu was worth trying. The kebabs, dahi kebabs, and tandoori mushrooms were all delicious, well-cooked, and perfectly spiced. The pasta was up to the mark with a nice creamy texture, while the chilli paneer was incredibly flavorful and satisfying. Only the dim sums fell a bit short in taste; they could be slightly spicier, though the layering and quality were still impressive. And now, the best part desserts! The tres leches cake was pure heaven soft, moist, and melting in every bite. The sundae brownie was as good as ever, rich and indulgent. Overall, it’s a place that beautifully balances a warm vibe, great service, and delightful food. Perfect spot for both a chill evening and a...
