Gola Sizzlers, Civil Lines — Restaurant in Timarpur

I am a customer of Gola sizzler’s from past 25yrs but this time the disappointment level was extremely high…. Pathetic food quality they served me on Tuesday evening…. I ordered tandoori soya chaap tikka and it was flooded with tandoori mayonnaise, the crumbs fish & chips were under cooked watery can be clearly seen in the picture…. The pizza’s cheese was sweet on taste and the bread served along with pasta was stale n hard to chew… above all the arrogance and attitude of the owner( he was a cousin of the owner Mr Ginni) was on seventh sky… that person’s words were hamari tandoori chaap he yehi recipe hai… just ask him go n check the chaap you serve in CP branch… on fish he said it was undercooked…. I told him that it was not undercooked it was crumbed 2-3 days ago and was freezed in deep freeze that’s why while frying all crumbs got out… but that guy was so stuben and confrenting on his mistake …. After our complaint he didn’t even bothered to come across to take our feedback we gone to him for talk. I paid the bill for the dishes I got packed but really the hospitality was big time ZERO…. Will nt at all...

I had an exceptional dining experience at Gola Sizzlers - Civil lines. The ambience was warm, charming, and the staff provided top-notch service. Each dish was a culinary delight, showcasing fresh and flavorful ingredients. From appetizers to desserts, the menu offered a diverse range of options, satisfying every palate. Must try dishes - butter chicken, crispy chicken, dahi kebab, chicken pepperoni pizza, crumb fish, kali mirch chicken. I am fan of non veg dishes, still i loved Veg galouti kebabs. The chef's creativity shone through in every bite.

And yes!! Ice cream sizzler was more than icing on the cake.

I highly recommend this restaurant for a scrumptious, memorable and delightful meal. I wish I could give more than Five stars...

Had a pathetic experience. The chap serving us was so dumb..after repeated reminders to serve the food together..he again served in installments that too after a long wait. The Pasta Alredo was tasteless. Instead of the cheesy cream it looked as if the milk/cheese used was spoilt and had a scattered appearance. The pizza on the edges were burnt and unchewable. The Chicken breast sizzler was nothing but a piece of chicken hidden under a mountain of fries..with meagure vegetables except corns. Moreover the Cocolate Brownie shake which we ordered..had no taste and a chocolate dry brownie stuck to the edge....
