Kolkata Biryani House — Restaurant in Delhi

Love the biryani n chicken bharta. I had written the above line a year ago. But it seems the quality has gone down over the time. I got 2 chicken biryanis and 2 mutton biryanis yesterday from their CR park outlet yesterday noon. The owner had just walked in and i told them to give good pieces of mutton.The owner was very cordial and said i could choose my own pieces,the offer which i politely declined. And nam thinking i should have taken the offer.I had thought i will not write band slept over the thought.I finally decided to write as they should know that inspite of the owner being there they are serving such quality then there is something wrong. The meat in both the portions of biryani was BURNT.Inwas so disappointed and since i stay in Noida can't do anything about it.The rice quality was fine. This place is no longer like before. They have decreased the potion massively. Today I took one full chicken biryani (2 pieces) from them - previously they used to give it in a big black container, now literally they are giving the same in the container which is used for giving half plate biryani. Prices are like always high. Taste is good no doubt, however when you are charging for a full plate make sure to give full plate quantity only and not in half plate container. Even worse is the additional 10 rupees they charged me for gravy (which they literally gave 3 tea spoon). I bought mutton briyani and chicken chap today from CR Park market 1 counter for my daughter. I thought it's from Bngala canvas definitely food would be good because i had a good experience in their proper restaurant and even in market 2. But my experience here in cr park market 1 was very very bad, briyani was spoiled and chicken was rotten and smelling but daughter already had some of it and then she realized it's rotten. This is crime- how can you serve this kind of rotten food? I asked 3 times the salesman before purchasing whether all these are fresh or not? This is not done.
