Sant Sweets — Restaurant in Delhi

After several visits and trying almost all the sweets and desert from SS (Sant Sweets) , my genuine feedback is:

Quality: 4.5star Taste: 4.5star Hygiene level: 4 Star Price: 4.5 Star Hospitality: 4.5 Star (Owners and staffs are polite and courteous)

Remarks: they need to focus more on cleaning and maintaing the hygiene level of the place. Specialy eating area. I have observed thay their staff don't clean place immediately after client leaves the table.

I have 4.5 Out of 5 Star because I am deducting 0.50 star so they can improve more.

I personally want they to grow globally like Haldiram and Bikaner.

And pls try to mention "Made in India" On your packing products if you plan to expand business globally.

Old feedback: This place is famous in Kalkaji as since our childhood we knew it and heard about this place ..but if you genuinely ask my feedback about this place then I would say there is no much difference in quality or price if you compare it with other local sweets shops.....still I feel they should improve their quality and customer handling service....as times are gone when Lalaji kind of shops were on much demands ...now customer needs more attention and...

This is in kalkaji DDA flats. Its a old sweet shop converted from flat to shop in ground floor area. Very busy shop. All kinds of sweets,snacks and namkeens available. Many of the stuff is there own production. No sitting only few standing tables. Prices are reasonable. Parking is a big issue so be careful. Don't expect much in the name of hygiene and service. My recent visit in 2025 observation, staff has become more rude. If you have little self respect then avoid the place as you have better options available. Earlier during 20s and 19s this sweet shop served one of the best quality Chole Bhature. Not only for taste and quality but this was also known as the huge quantity they served. Now, maybe after the main uncle, his new generation is more focused on Business and have kept quality, quantity and sometimes customisation aside. It's ok place now as people need some place to order and at least they are still in the business.
