Bad Experience - Not Recommended

Yesterday (27 May 2025 - 07:45 PM approx.), my friend and I went to this restaurant for the unlimited pizza dinner. When we entered, we sat on the left side of the restaurant, but one of the staff members asked us to shift to the right side of the restaurant corner. I sat on the sofa while my friend took the metal chair.

After a while, I noticed the sofa was wet—most likely due to water dripping from the AC above. So, we decided to move to another table. I informed a staff member that the sofa was wet, but received no response. A few minutes later, another guest came in and unknowingly went to sat on the same wet sofa. Shockingly, none of the staff warned him. I personally informed the guest not to sit there. If you think I’m wrong, please check the restaurant’s CCTV footage.

But the story doesn’t end there—it actually starts now.

After finishing our starters, I asked the staff to bring the pizzas. They served sweet panini, margherita pizza, and paneer vegetable pizza one by one. While eating the sweet panini, my friend found a fly (Diptera) inside it. We immediately called for the manager.

The manager came and shockingly refused to acknowledge it was a fly. To our disbelief, he pinched the insect, ate it, and then said, “This is not a fly, it’s black cheese.” Seriously?!

We even showed the video of the fly to some other customers, and they all agreed—it was clearly a fly.

I recently visited this pizza restaurant and was blown away by the quality of the food and the service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and shown to my table. The menu had a great selection of pizzas to choose from, and I ended up trying the margherita and pepperoni pizzas.

Both pizzas were absolutely delicious - the crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The margherita pizza had a generous amount of cheese and basil, while the pepperoni pizza had plenty of pepperoni and melted mozzarella.

In addition to the food, the service was top-notch. Our server was attentive and friendly, checking in on us regularly to see if we needed anything. The restaurant had a great atmosphere too - it was cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating options for couples, families, and groups.

The place has disgusting customer service. The lady on the reception is rude. We had organized our company’s get together of 30 people. She did not allocate us proper sitting. She talked rudely even with a 5year old. She had no politeness. No professionalism or customer service. Treated my team with an attitude like she was giving free food. There was merely any place for us to sit in the area. Did not give us proper tables. When my husband complained about hair in the salad she said ‘ yeh apka gira hoga’. She was high pitched while talking and when my brother asked to lower the volume, she went to talking in an attitude and insulting manner of going as ‘tu-ta’.. ‘tu chup thai ja’ this was the worst experience I ever had in Ahmedabad. Please save yourself from insult and don’t go to this location.
