Normally I do not give reviews, but here I needed to, good things being a ex-hotelier the staff was super duper awesome they helped us alot, asked everytime if the food was good, served us very well, I don't remember the name of the guy maybe he was from northeast but he was too good and noticed every detail on our table our table was a little conjusted so he brought a side table or you can long chair besides our table were you can keep your belongings so a 5* for service people, however the table I really did not understand their concept being a guy who's height is 5,9 you would have to bend down to eat your food the table are so low, then we changed the table sat to a comfortable place however the table which we sat on started to wobble however, wobbling can be understood it happens and i can understand it being a hotelier, last thing was the food I would like to comment on we ordered fries, drums of heaven, rogan josh ,rice ,pasta, out all this of this being a hardcore non-vegetarian I did not really like the rogan josh it not at all tasted authentic and which I think your chef should know about, however the drums of heaven were good, pasta was decent as well as the fries, over all it was a okay experience but the service guys were purely awesome and you should reward them, unfortunately I did not have any cash at that moment otherwise I would have surely left a decent tip for them. Recently visited this place with friends. We comfortably managed to get the table here. Staff members were attentive to our queries and served us with atmost care as per the instructions we have given to make the dishes. All the staff members were equipped with masks and gloves to avoid direct contact with customer and also taking care of covid appropriate behavior which we liked and encouraged the most. They also have contactless menu to order from and payment options to pay , which is also good way to contain the risk of direct contact.

Coming to food part , we have ordered different dishes from menu like nachos , pasta , pizza , dragon roll , panner bhurji platter and iconic Kitkat and fererro roacher shakes. Food was not extraordinary in tatste and not upto the standards of Mocha which used to be there in my previous visits. Really disappointed with that and forced us to cancel few other items from the order as well. Food quality was good without any doubt but quanity was below par as per the price.

So I urge team at Mocha to make sure you give sufficient quantity at better prices and also to improve the food taste quality. Would love to come back to hang out with friends for sure but hopping that this won't repeat again. Ambience is great and gives you the vibe of some old concrete house which is unique. Valet parking facility is available over there.
