Iscon Thal — Restaurant in Gujarat

I had food at Iscon Thaal for very first time and i must say it was an awesome experience. I have had food before at other thaali places occassionally , but this was by far the best. Everything was excellent right from cleanliness, hygiene, taste and hospitality. The place was very clean and tidy. Ambience was pleasant. The people who were serving food were clean, tidy and they maintained all hygiene and safety practices like wearing hair cap, gloves etc , they were very warm in welcoming the guests and serving them food as well as repeatedly following up with them for further serving , so all the staff were fully attentive and alert . To start with , i had opted for jain food and it was fabulous, food sans onion - garlic - potato was also delicious, tasty and very fresh. Menu was kashmiri chaat ;mix vegetable cutlet ; white soft ,malai kalimiri steamed dhokla; 4 sabjis- 1 of cauliflower peas tomato , 1 of bhindi tomato masala, 1 of paneer punjabi style & 4th one of kathol of dry tomato moong dal ; 1 gujarati kadi ; 1 gujarati dal , 3 sweets- 1 of hot gulab jaamun, 2nd one of drufruit mawa malpua and third one fresh keri nu ras /aamras , 3 type of breads - hot ghee phulkhas , methi theplas & 3rd one of hot puffed puris, hot steaming rice , hot steaming dal khichdi, basket of roasted urad kali miri papad & assorted fryums , salad, meethi date jaggery chutney, green pudhina chutney , aachar, chilled masala chaas and 1 welcome drink of lemon mint mojito. Everthing was very fresh, delicious and served piping hot . Tasty and wide variety of spread and that too unlimited , so indeed a wonderful and delightful experience . Enjoyed it thoroughly . Highly recommended. Much, much better than other so called hyped outlets like gordhan thaal, thaker thaal, raj thaal, achijja. Also it was pocket friendly . They ended the meal by serving paan, so as to aid digestion .Excellent, Fresh, Delicious, Steaming hot food served , Excellent hospitality service rendered, Wide variety and spread of food offered, Very clean and tidy staff as well as Well maintained, neat premises. The place had good ambience and light music to pep up the mood. It wasn't noisy also . So pleasant and by far the best food eating experience .
