Overall good. I love OYO concept. Have been using OYO rooms since 2016, wonderful piece of work done by Mr Ritesh. He is my hero. Yet there are few things where OYO rooms needs improvement. One of those I would to discuss here is that while visiting OYO rooms, generally most of them, I often don't find a liquid handwash dispenser. Installation of the same doesn't involve huge money involvement. People who stay at OYO rooms by large use liquid handwash at their homes while washing their hands in washrooms rather than a soap.
This is petty issue yet it is food for thought matter. I hope you take care of this.

Read moreWe stayed for a night on 27th Nov 2018 in this hotel and had hired two rooms. In one of the room bathroom did not have a door lock. He acted as if he was not aware that there was no lock in the bathroom. ||There was no hot water to take bath. When we informed he gave a heater element after making us to wait for 15 minutes, but it was not working properly and did not heat the water properly. For two rooms we had to managed with one water heater. When we informed these problems he was unapologetic and acted as if it is not his problem.His response was our rooms are always full if you vacate we have customers waiting for filling the room.
