Things need to be taken care for this store and the staff. I ordered chicken tikka sub and found out there was no tikka on the camro the staff went back bought frozen food and was trying to serve me when I notice that I asked if that's frozen and he replied me saying yes . So, I decided to change and ask him to make peri peri and to my surprise again there was very less peri peri chicken left on the camro at the counter the staff went back open the packet and put straight on the camro where there was half peri peri chicken available. I guess he doesn't know about FIFO( First in first out) I acknowledge him with the issue and he goes saying "KUCH NAHI HOGA YEH NIKAL JAYEGA" very unprofessional behaviour then I order another sub with Teryaki chicken again the guy didn't had the spoon so he was putting it with his knife I was so disappointed to see that. I told him to make the meal deal so he told me he have some potatoes fries and when I saw the fries it was open kept above the bread cabinet he just heated up and gave me and it tasted horrible nothing tasted good . Also, I observed his fellow colleagues sitting inside the prep table with his folded leg. Where is hygiene and professionalism here. I believe subway standard rules say to wash the hand before putting the gloves none of the boys followed the rules and they were very reluctant and it felt me I am having it in some lorry and not on some brand. Staff need to be taught properly about the subway protocols about Do's and Don'ts . I hope the concerned team will look into this and take action and make the service much better. They will behave like we are asking them for free meal. They are doing timepass over there. When I said that I want the sauce extra they said that they are not allowed to do so where in other subway it is getting done according to our needs. The wrap I ordered was not upto the mark. In that when I say that I want mint Mayo sauce they denied and say that the sauces are fixed and I am completely disappointed. Will never ever step again. The thing is that the service varies everytime. ☀️Sometime back the service was amazing and it made the experience enjoyable. ☀️I had a toothache and the staff helped me choose soft sub options and also cut up the veggies into smaller pieces. BUT The most recent time I went, the staff was ignorant. I waited for more than 20 mins to even have my order heard. And even then, they gave me the wrong bread. ☀️I asked for multigrain honey oat but I got roasted garlic. The staff was very avoidant and it felt as if they didn't care. ☀️They didn't know half of the things and were extremely slow.
