KFC — Restaurant in Gurugram District

My serious recommendation to any reader is to not to go to this place. I will list my reasons below in details as I went there just last week:

Ordering: the people at counter are not welcoming. Don't why they would neither display the offers not would tell unless you know it already and ask them to tell. They did not tell us that they have cash back on paytm or that paying on paytm would entitle you with a free crusher . They don't have an updated menu at don't serve any new items available in any other outlet like devil's chicken.

Food: I was served with stale crusher, stale french fries, cold burger. Honestly, chicken zinger is something else at every other outlet than this. I really don't know they served me at price of chicken zinger. When I asked this lady behind the counter ( you can spot her easily) she made an ugly face to me and exchanged my burger only. On asking for fries, she told she will come to my table and went to take other orders. After that I kept looking at her and could clearly see that she was ignoring my table.

In that bill of around 600 RS all that was worthy was dip. The Mayo was really tasty as luckily they don't make it.

I have given this same rating and review to the outlet in zomato too.

People out there reading this review, this not cuz you waste your money here but also cuz they may risk your life too. We don't know what they are using. Trust me, if you want to test, try to eat same item from KFC, city center and then KFC sikanderpur. You would immediately get my concerns.

The outlet was not charming worth taking any...

Yesterday, I had Lunch at KFC DT city Centre mall, Gurgaon with my family. We were tired after shopping so for quick bite we decided to go to GF KFC in the mall. The ambience was gloomy but still we ordered the food. There was no seating on the GF and the front desk Lady asked me to pick the food and self service to up stairs, and I was feeling like cancelling the order as I had to make 2-3 rounds from first floor to pickup the order. But the manager sensed it and comforted that order will be delivered to FF. So far ok. But when the food was delivered it was all stale.... Veg Biryani, patty...AND the worst was French fries... trust me...I was about to break my tooth...one of which was stone hard.... I was about to complain but didn't to avoid ruining family mood.

Later in the evening, my son complaint severe stomach ache and couldnt eat dinner.

Till today he is not feeling well after eating at KFC.

I won't recommend KFC DT city center and will never ever go...
