Dhaba HR 26 — Local services in Gurugram District

I had the WORST dining experience ever at HR 26 Dhaba, Sohna Road and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place.

First of all, the food was served with extreme delay. One of my friends wanted to order South Indian food — she first asked for idli, which they flat-out refused saying it’s not available. That was fine, but then she ordered dosa, and they assured us it would be prepared. Meanwhile, all four of us got our food, finished eating, and still her dosa never arrived. Even after chasing the staff 3–4 times, nothing came. Finally, when I went to the counter to complain, they casually said, “Dosa is not possible.” If they knew this from the start, why on earth did they say it was being prepared? Absolutely ridiculous!

On top of that, we had ordered 4 rotis, which also never came even after waiting 20 minutes. When I finally asked for the bill and said we don’t want anything else, the staff showed such unprofessional and arrogant behavior. The waiter who took our order literally told another staff member, “You give the bill, I won’t.” Shockingly, when the bill arrived, they had even added charges for the 4 rotis that were NEVER served! Only after pointing it out did they remove it.

The service is pathetic, the staff is arrogant and careless, and the overall management is a complete failure. I have never seen such a badly run restaurant in my life. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Never going here again, and I would recommend others to save their time, money,...

We visited HR26 at Golf Course Extension on 01/01/2025, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.

We ordered Nalli Nihari Mutton, Kadhai Paneer, Special Dal Tadka, and Garlic Naa, and to our dismay, the food was pathetic and stale. The Nalli Nihari was a complete disaster—bland, poorly cooked, and far from authentic. The Kadhai Paneer was equally tasteless, lacking any flavor or spice.

To make matters worse, the service was horrible. The first serving of Garlic Naan was cold and unappetizing. For the second serving, we had to wait for more than 20 minutes. Even something as basic as a bottle of water had to be requested multiple times before it was served.

When we brought up our dissatisfaction with the food and service during bill payment, instead of addressing the issues, the staff chose to justify themselves, saying it was "no big deal" and "sometimes it happens"—an unacceptable response in the hospitality industry.
