There are several better apartment options in Suncity. I would suggest avoiding this one if possible. The gym and amenities are in poor condition, and the clubhouse feels outdated. One time a maintenance staff himself told me not to use pool because it is not clean. Security guards and staff are another major concern. The guards are often discourteous towards both residents and guests. Many times, I’ve been stopped from entering my own designated parking space under the pretext of “security checks,” which feels unnecessary and uncomfortable.When I enter, I see someone else has parked their vehicle. Most of their attention seems occupied by the ongoing monkey issue within the premises. Despite paying regular maintenance fees, service staff like plumbers and electricians rarely arrive on time, forcing residents to rely on outside help at an extra cost. I have lived in Gurgaon for long enough but this one is the worse place over.

The only positive aspect is the location, but it doesn’t make up for the constant inconvenience caused by unprofessional staff and inadequate facilities. I would recommend choosing another apartment in the vicinity for a smoother living experience. Just...

Worst society i have ever lived. Living in Gurgaon from last 15 years and lived in so many societies beat high standards or medium but the management of orchid garden society are worst . They dint want to work for anything and charge high maintenance and do nothing at all. Tickets raised for plumber electrician etc will never gonna solve till the time you dont call and remind them about their job. Also they dont even notify ur electric bill on app just one slip and if you dont pay( by-chance forget after all we are human) they just cut down your electricity without even informing or reminding. And moreover they have so many stupid rules that no delivery person can enter with their vehicle no matter how many or large stuff he have ,, delivery person have to carry by their own hand. And their guards and other people abuse to owners and tenants and make fun out of them.
