Ireo Uptown — Local services in Gurugram District

Let me clear few doubts which people might have. Yes the 24 mtr road is yet to be made but a new Concrete Road has been constructed last year (Govt owned and not leased). All School buses go upto society to pick up the kids. The road is well lit and fenced. The maintenance is par excellence and you feel you are in a hotel facility wheny visit the Club House (which has a Mini Theatre with Recliner seats). Now coming to Flat sizes, it has excellent efficiency in terms of loading. The 4BHK + Servant flat is made in 2051 sq ft. If you take the 2700 sq ft flat of Ireo Skyon, you will find the exact Room sizes in this project. Imagine the difference in Cost and Super Area for which Skyon is charging almost 40 lacs extra with same layout as Ireo Uptown. It is a beautiful society located in sector 66 of gurgaon. . . . The rooms in this society are spacious and have good balcony views. . . The place has a number of facilities with indoor jacuzzi, club, garden etc. . . The security is really tight and every visitor will be checked on the entrance itself and anyone will only be allowed if they are given the permission to from the person they are visiting and then at the Reception area as well. . . .

The area is also spacious and is filled with greenery. . . . The lift works well and smoothly. . . Though The neighbouring area is still developing and the roads might not be at the best but the society has a lot of malls and shopping complexes nearby and also the online shopping apps work well there. . . People who are working in gurgaon or normally residing there can consider this society as it is well maintained . Not very sure of the...

Only people who are giving 5 stars here are owners and real estate agents. During my recent visit as a potential buyer to explore more about the society, I found some really interesting facts ( downsides) about the society. Listing all here will take ages and it will be a bit unjustified to be overly critical here but what I can not stop myself from mentioning here is the location of the society. The approach road/ access to the society is very unusual and a major put off. This also made me feel that the society is overly priced considering the accessibility.
