Costa coffee — Restaurant in Gurugram District

We went to this outlet few days back. There was just one staff member at this relatively big outlet. When we placed order with him another female staff stormed in from the front door and made the drinks in a snap of finger and brought then along with gave the lemon cake slices at our table. Post that she again stormed out of the outlet from the front gate. Cafe Mocha was pretty average not at all the standards of Costa Coffee earlier. Lemon cake slices were super dry and crumbly plus they had a very odd and distinct taste similar to egg in it. We are non-vegetarian people but in these cake slices the egg-like taste was very distasteful. We couldn't finish it. Costa Coffee really need to work upon hiring and training...

Rainy day and cup of coffee/tea goes hand in hand..... ☕but not this coffee😑.

This cafe has a good amount of seating arrangement(only indoors) with a beautiful ambience.

They have different types of beverages. Options in tea are also there. They also serve snacks like chips , sandwiches, cookies etc. (Didn't try ).

We ordered cappuccino and espresso . The taste was okay not that good (a little bitter) though charges are little on higher side .

Also the shop remains open till 11pm .

There is some offer running (100 stores) . It was something like order above 1000 get one cup free(not sure).

Overall experience...

Costa is not a pet friendly cafe so we chose to come here and stopped going to blue tokai .but here people just walked in with 2 cats running in the cafe . The staff is not reacting or stopping this . Won't come here again . Your loss .... no action is being taken by the outlet or the management. Cats are playing inside. Please close it It's better...
