I liked their bubble teas and have ordered from them multiple times before. However, in the drink that got delivered today, there was a dead fly in it! Unfortunately, I saw it only towards the end of my drink and it makes me feel sick to think that I almost had the entire glass of my bubble tea with the dead fly in it. I thought of checking their Google reviews and saw that someone else had already mentioned about problem of flies in their restaurant, which means that the restaurant has not done anything to improve the hygiene of their place despite someone complaining.
