This newely opened coffee shop has been in our eye to explore what this place has to offer and what makes Blue Tokai different then others.

Me and my friend we both are coffee lover's so we came to check this out on Xmas saddly this place doesn't looks warming at all conserding it's festive season. I mean newly opened and that's to Galleria we found very plain.

From enterence it's looks like book shop( don't believe me then you and check out) over the Cornor they gotta few tables which serves coffee. They have outdoor seating I could see but considering winter's and smokers I feel not going out.

Service was good, server took good care of us by flawless service.

We ordered cappuccino along with Sweet s’more croissant & Pesto croissant. Croissant was too sweet I love inside part as it was very yummy. I don't like colour combination while it was placed at my table it look exactly the same. Darker color makes this more unappealing.( GUY'S JUST BE LITTLE CREATIVE)

Coffee was Ok, well I was actually expecting better version of Starbucks but then you would be disappointed if You're looking for the Same..

I like the Turquoise colour but then while sipping I didn't feel something exciting. An average coffee!

Music was good, I enjoyed but then people reading books I don't Know what this place try to convince. I could see book is sellable and also one could read it however I feel somewhere too much for one place to combine into one. Music was loud enough to make your feel special but people reading books would prefer quite place and enjoy time...

For starters, this is my go to cafe in and around galleria market. The coffee is good, the service is nice and the staff are very polite. There are 3 things, very vital to a good cafe that they do wrong here.

1. The free wifi, now I know, you cannot expect a 1Gbps wifi for free anywhere in NCR but simply a wifi that works would be fine. Everytime I have been here, I face problems with the wifi, sometimes it doesn't connect, if it does then it cannot even match my Mobile Data speeds and I end up using my own hotspot. It sort of defeats the very purpose of this cafe as Blue Tokai around NCR is known for being work friendly.

2. The music, I assure you that I am not into any obscure metal music but the choice of songs that they have here, are just too outdated. They are things that were acceptable in 2014-2015, I think good fresh music is very important for people to enjoy the experience.

3. The constant construction, I think it has been a fairly long time since Blue Tokai opened in Galleria and I expect the construction to be done with. I am not sure if it's on the Bahrisons' part or Blue Tokai's but nevertheless it is still very annoying.

I would again like to reiterate that despite of all the problems, I will continue to be a frequent visitor, it's just that it really hinders the experience and I have personally seen people exit the cafe in frustration in light of the...

I recently visited this place and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others to help set realistic expectations.

Firstly, the service was extremely poor. The staff members were not only unhelpful but also displayed rudeness towards us. We were asked to change tables without any valid reason, which was quite off-putting. Their lack of professionalism left a negative impression.

Additionally, I was surprised by the staff's lack of knowledge regarding the ongoing offers. It's essential for the employees to be well-informed about their own promotions to assist customers effectively. Unfortunately, that was not the case here, and it resulted in confusion and wasted time.

One aspect that particularly bothered me was the quality of the cups when ordering through their app. Despite placing an order in advance, the coffee was served in cheap cardboard cups, which significantly impacted the overall experience. It's disappointing to see a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customers who prefer ordering via the app.

Overall, I regret to say that my visit to Blue Tokkai was marred by poor service, staff incompetence, and a lack of consideration for customer experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving the overall quality of...
