Alcazar Mall — Local services in Hyderabad

I visited Barbeque Nation, Jubilee Hills, with a group of 23 people for a Diwali party on 29th October , and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Initially, the buffet had a good spread, but midway through, several key items mentioned on the menu suddenly became unavailable. It felt like we were being short-changed, especially when you come expecting a full spread.

The service was painfully slow, with staff taking forever to replenish dishes or respond to our requests. To make matters worse, we were indirectly pressured to leave the table early, making us feel rushed and unwelcomed. The staff was either untrained or simply indifferent, which made the entire experience even more frustrating.

The parking staff is very rude, the parking manager literally told me dont you have eyes!! The situation was i parked the car outside thinking it has front parking, the watchman came and told to give keys ill give it to vallet driver i gave him, i asked him the tag, the manager told ill give the car when you come out you can go in now, i came out and asked for my car, the manager was standing a little far, he pointed towards the vallet desk, i told there is no card (as the vallet person dosent know me how will he know which car is mine) same thing happened 2 times then he came near me and said dont you have eyes pointing his both fingers at his eyes.
