Casa Hotel Jubilee Hills — Hotel in Hyderabad

I’ve been staying at this hotel for two weeks and overall, it’s been a pleasant experience. The rooms are comfortable, the property is budget-friendly, and the staff is generally courteous and helpful. I’ve genuinely enjoyed my stay here—until this one issue which left me very disappointed.

I had given some laundry for cleaning, followed up regularly, and was told it would be ready the next day. However, the delay kept extending. Finally, when I checked again the night before my early morning travel, I was informed it would arrive by 9 p.m. I kept following up, and eventually, at 11:30 p.m., the housekeeping staff returned my laundry—unwashed.

This was extremely disappointing, especially since I had to travel for work the next day and needed clean clothes. After such a long stay and repeated follow-ups, I expected better handling of a basic service like laundry.

I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously, as it’s a great place otherwise. Just make sure you clarify service timelines upfront if you’re relying on essentials...

I’m honestly warning anyone considering this place – stay far away. This hotel is of a cockroach factory. The rooms are absolutely filthy, and it’s no hygiene in bathroom.

You’re forced to check out by 11 AM, no exceptions – even if the hotel is empty (which it mostly is, because hardly any customers come here). I wasn’t feeling well and politely asked for just a 1-2 hour extension. They flat-out refused, despite no one waiting to check in. Shows how little they care about their guests.

The towels smelled awful – like they had been used multiple times before. I genuinely believe they are using second-hand items. It felt like the towels were picked up from a spa, and the bedsheets possibly reused from other hotels.

We recently stayed at Casa Hotel in Jubilee Hills and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Kakatiya Hills and right beside the Peddamma Talli Temple, which allowed us to visit the temple for darshan.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and felt quite luxurious. The complementary breakfast was delicious, and the playing zone was a great way to spend some leisure time. The staff was very welcoming and made our stay enjoyable.
