Barbeque Nation — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I recently visited this BN outlet with high expectations, as I have been a loyal customer and have frequented more than 50 BN outlets over the years. However, this experience was by far the worst I've ever encountered, and it has completely changed my perception of the brand.

Food serving sections are totally empty.

From the moment I stepped in, things started going downhill. The service was shockingly slow, and I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time—well over 10 minutes—for each dish to be served. It felt as if the staff were either understaffed, poorly trained, or simply indifferent to the customers' needs. Waiting so long for food when the place wasn't even busy was truly frustrating and gave me a bad first impression.

When the food finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed. Every single dish served was cold, as if it had been sitting out for a long time before being brought to the table. Cold food is a clear indication of carelessness in the kitchen and poor quality control. As a customer, I expect to receive hot, freshly prepared meals, especially from a brand like BN that prides itself on delivering consistent quality. But what’s the point of dining out if the food is going to arrive cold?

To add insult to injury, the portion sizes were smaller than usual, and the presentation was lacking. It was almost as if there was no care or attention given to the preparation of the dishes. When I tried to address these concerns with the staff, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which only added to my frustration. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer feedback was alarming.

I never expected such a poor experience from BN, a brand I have supported for so long. It’s incredibly disappointing to see how much the quality has deteriorated at this specific outlet. I came in with the intention of enjoying a good meal but left feeling frustrated, dissatisfied, and regretting my decision to visit.

Overall, this was one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I have ever had. From the cold food and delayed service to the indifferent attitude of the staff, it was a complete letdown in every aspect. I hope BN seriously reconsiders the management and service quality at this outlet because it’s tarnishing the brand’s reputation. I would not recommend anyone visit this location unless significant...

GRILL FISH AND PRAWNS ONLY 2 STEAKS ARE GIVEN AT STARTING AND ASKING FOR SEVERAL TIMES AFTER 40MIN THEY SERVED ANOTHER 2 STEAKS THATS IT.. CRISPY CORN WAS SERVED 1 SPOON EACH, WOREST STUFFED POTATO IN MY LIFE TIME.. 99% FOOD IS SERVED COLD.. COMING TO MAIN COURSE ONLY 8 TO 10 ITEMS WERE SERVED.. TASTE LESS BIRYANI AND MUTTON ONLY BONES IN CURRY OR BIRYANI..NO PIECES.. IF WE ASK THEY SAY ITEMS ARE LIMITED.. SOUPS ARE LIKE WATER.. COMING TO DESSERT WOREST EVER.. THIS WAS ALSO NOT GIVEN AS MANAGER WAS TELLING THAT ITS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR LUNCH.. AFTER SO MUCH OF ARGUMENT THEY CHARGED FOR 3 SOFT DRINKS BUT NO DISCOUNT.. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING AC IS NOT WORKING.. SO MUCH OF SOFFOCATION.. THEY ARE SIMPLY LOOTING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS.... DNT WASTE UR TIME AND MONEY......

I visited Alcazar Branch of Barbeque Nation with an expectation of atleast to be of some quality of service and food to be what it has been known for. But, it was a horrible experience in all sphere of dining experience. The ambience is average with. Ready to serve snacks and used plates were stacked randomly at same place. Seating arrangements are cramped and un ergonomic. Probably wants the guests to get tired sooner and leave. Starters were too cut very small pieces. Unable to differentiate between two variety. The fish starters are served in lieu of chicken variety despite request. Asked for mutton sheek kabab, but was served chicken sheek kabab in that name. The restaurant wants us to accept that was mutton. Asked for butter naan which was not served despite waiting for long. The request was conviniently over looked and ignored. Buffet spread was limited. One non veg dish was not refilled until the bowl was completely empty. The paav in paav keema was not fresh. Desserts were sub standard. Same Kulfi sticks are poured with different syrup to call them variety of kulfi. Drinking water was replenished only after several requests. Waiters attend the guests only when guests call them. Billing is the only prompt service. Whether you are liked the service or not, the service charges is integral part of the bill.

I suggest that foodies who in the past relished going to Barbeque Nation should lower their expectation, specially if you are planning to visit Alcazar Branch in Jubilee...
