T-Grill — Restaurant in Hyderabad

1.no telugu ppl in staff contrary to the name board 2.we have to order anything thrice 3poor ambiance 4nasty washrooms (or whatever they claim) 5we got our maincourse with frozen vegetables(really) that too with in just 5 min(reaaaallly)...we ordered veg but got nonveg somehow.. 6bad taste,may be microwaved food 7we had to remind them any beverage order inbetween may be thrice 8we got finger bowls without getting full order(not finished even second of 3 rotis)...that too with cold water.. 9we got billed for water we didn't order 10now that we got our patience level to zero..there z no supervisor or manager...so literally there z no incharge.. nobody gives u any clarifications if u ask u wanna talk to the manager 11..there were only 10 occupied tables n there were around 7-8waiters....everybody kept running I donno y...it was just like fish Market Overall 0/5..we will never go here (it's better to die...

Located on kavuri hills main road, towards 100ft madhapur. Beside ratnadeep supermarket. Tgrill and sounds & spirits are located on the same floor besides each. Went here to redeem a voucher.

Ambience is good, place is spacious and decorated well. Clean tables with cutlery. As part of voucher, mutton biryani, grilled fish and double kameeta should be served.

The waiter couldn't understand what we were asking and had to recheck on dishes served twice with chef.another person comes in and tells us that all mentioned items are soldout at 8 pm.

On asking asking confirmabout any issues,as we were served mutton fried piece biryani, 4 pieces of chicken kebab and gulab jamun. Both dishes were good and nicely served except gulab jamun. More mutton pieces than rice. Sweet lassi was okayish. Rating less cause of communication gap seen with waiting staff, rest all is good

Visited T-Grill on wednesday around 09:30 PM Night with the team size of 25 members, we ordered mutton biryani, chicken biryani, Soupe's , egg biryani, etc...T-Grill Managements are dam failure to serve the listed items, we ordered biriyani they brought "polav rice with chicken curry on table & served. And waiter trying to .....Soupe is like bolied rice hot water with chicked flavor, We ordered prawns & they brought onion curry with some of prawns pieces, Why some pple rated 4.5 i don't know????. Waiter are smart enough to give explanations on there failure to bring customer (liked) wanted food items, They charged for polav rice like biryani's rates which is great joke what we heard in 2017, In the team of 25 members no one is satisified of food and they costed around Rs: 10,500.00, NOTE: ALL THIS HAPPEN EVEN WE BOOKED TABLE BEFORE 3...
