Moreover, In recent years, there has been a shift in breakfast trends as people are becoming more health-conscious and adventurous with their food choices. Many breakfast spots are now offering healthier options such as smoothie bowls, avocado toast, and protein-packed breakfast bowls. Another trend is the incorporation of international flavors and fusion cuisine into breakfast menus, with dishes like breakfast burritos, shakshuka, and Korean-style breakfast bowls becoming more popular.
To take the tradition ahead, PS Cheese cafe, a quaint little Cafe painted in hues of yellow & white, tucked in the hustling lanes of Mega Hills, has been raving quite some popular reviews for its fresh take on cheese production in-house. To take it further, they have introduced their Breakfast menu, available all days of the week, starting 8 AM - 11 AM. Whether you're looking for something sweet, savory, or somewhere in between, they've got you covered. So without further ado, let's dive into the options I sampled in.
First up, we had the Avocado & Mix-berry smoothie, a smooth texture of avocado smoothie with sweetness aptly balanced was a very nutritious & tasty one. Even the Mix-berry smoothie was equally competent, with all berries well ground along with a sweet and tangy flavor, making it a refreshing one to opt-in from the menu to satisfy your sweet cravings and nourish your body with essential nutrients.
Next up, we had Mix berry granola bowl & Banana-Avocado bowl. The Granola bowl hit the right spot, generous amount of granola, fresh berries & greek yogurt, the dish was not only delicious but also packed with nutrients that will keep you going all morning long.
We added up some savories like Egg Florentine, Eggs benedict & Poached egg bowl, some of the amazing creations for the ones who are looking for some protein to be included along with other nutrients. All of these are highly recommended.
From the set breakfast platters, we got their mutton Keema omelet and Chicken pepperoni omelet, served along with toast, hashbrowns & baked beans. I absolutely loved the chicken pepperoni omlette, diced portions of pepperoni stuffed in omlette, made it worth digging in till the last bite, an absolute star.
Lastly, we got the Egg Cheese platter consisting of boiled eggs, feta cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella & ricotta cheese served with berries. This one just needed some crackers to compliment along with the elements of the platter. Winding off on a sweet note with their signature Cranberry Coffee & Basque Cheesecake.
So there you have it, folks! The new breakfast menu has something for everyone. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet, savory, or healthy, PS Cheese has got you covered. So come on in and give their new breakfast menu a try – I promise you won't be...

Having been started with the iconic roastery cafe situated in Banjara Hills which has been having a very dedicated audience right from the time it started, and also one of the highest rated cafés in the city, this place is an experiment that on fresh cheese, taking fwd the freshly roasted coffee beans experiment with roastery that turned that place into an instant hit. The place has been done up quite well with a soothing yellow toned ambience and landscaping with both indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is well trained and most of the regular hospitality basics are all in place.
Coming to the menu, that is really where the conundrum starts. I have rated this place 4 stars because I really wish to encourage and culture more places like this which go ahead and bring unique food experiences to the city. Now about the food and menu, these are really my two cents:
Overall a pretty nice experience and lovely hospitality but scope for improvement to really turn it up on that wow factor that screams a good cheese place!
Special mention : the cascara! This place...

The minimalist decor of sunny yellow and whites, the lush green setup and an rather open dome style seating, the place really has some vivid corners to sit back and relax with your friends and family over a lovely meal.
The speciality lies in the amounts and kinds of cheeses they make in house which range from Mozzarella and Feta to soft fresh cheeses like Ricotta and Cream Cheese. It's these cheeses only that make their food menu special as well along with the drinks which are borrowed straight up from the Roastery menu. The only part I dislike is the pricing which is on a steep side which is why I might refrain from making very frequent visits. Nonetheless, my picks from their menu included
1.) Cheese Platter - Coming in at a real affordable ₹550 price point for now, this one comes with all of their selection of cheeses seasoned to perfection along with some crackers, fruits and nuts. Try it just for the cream cheese with strawberries and I am sure you'll love it!
2.) Mutton Keema Sandwich - A spicy mutton Keema filling within this hunk of a multigrain bread slice, the added cream cheese makes it all the more worth it
3.) Hazelnut and Strawberry Toast - A sweeter alternative to their savoury menu, this one comes with 3 pieces of baguette slices slathered with hazelnut spread and topped with strawberries, some other berries and granola
4.) Pesto Cheese Sauce Pasta - Totally love this one, not for their pesto sauce but the creaminess entailed from the fresh mozzarella and cream cheese which makes this rather rich but not too heavy on the belly.
5.) Chicken Pepperoni Pizza - All their pizzas are sourdough bread base which comes crisp and crusty. Topped with fresh mozzarella chunks, the pizza looks cheesy from the visuals but doesn't give you any cinematic pulls (as it's freshly made). Do try and this won't...
