Visited twice for US VISA drop & twice again for pick up,for self & parents, direction boards are placed at most area and its easy to find, dropoff took around 1.5hr, collection was under 15-20min Dropoff could be more organised as B1/B2 can be taken at seperate counter as these are pretty straightforward and has no documentation to verify, H1B visas are the ones consuming most time. Waiting area for elders could be provided somewhere, now its non existent and what's the rule regarding no mobile use? This isnt an embassy or interview zone, its just a document delivery and pickup zone, dont overhype yourselves VFS, what are we supposed to do waiting in those long lines of urs for 1-2 hrs if not for looking at our phones? Visa/passport collection timings and days are no where mentioned on portal docs nor easy to find, presently its mon to friday 10am -4pm , sunday 1-5pm, attached a...
