I encountered an incident where I was coerced into giving a tip through Paytm UPI payment by a person. This behavior was unwarranted and left me feeling annoyed. I believe that tipping should be voluntary and not enforced upon customers. It is important to ensure that your staff is trained to provide exceptional service without pressuring customers into giving gratuities.

Furthermore, I noticed that the staff appeared tired and lacked enthusiasm in their work. This affected the overall impression of the restaurant, as their fatigue was evident in their demeanor. It is crucial to address this issue and ensure that your staff is well-rested, motivated, and engaged with their responsibilities. A passionate and attentive team will significantly contribute to the overall customer experience.

Lastly, I observed that the washrooms were not maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness.
