The Center Director, Nidhi, stands out for her responsiveness and clarity in communication. She has always been prompt in addressing any concerns I may have, and her clear and approachable communication style makes it easy to discuss my child’s needs and progress. Nidhi's leadership ensures that the center maintains a high standard of care and provides a supportive environment for both the children and their families.

The level of care at Klay is exceptional. The teachers, aunties, and all other staff members are incredibly attentive and invested in the well-being of the children. They make sure that the center’s hygiene standards are always maintained, which gives me peace of mind knowing my child is in a clean and safe space.

One of the most noticeable improvements I've observed in my child is in their communication skills. They’ve become more confident in expressing themselves, and their language development has improved significantly. This progress is a direct result of the teachers' dedication and hard work in fostering a nurturing learning environment. What I also appreciate is that the teachers take the time to regularly share updates with me, including photos and videos of my child’s progress. This ongoing communication allows me to stay connected with my child's day-to-day activities and gives me insight into their learning and development.

In addition to the excellent teaching and care, the availability of CCTV monitoring provides an added layer of reassurance. It allows me to feel secure, knowing that I can check in on my child anytime, and that the safety of the children is a top priority.

The security staff also plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of the entire premises. They are always vigilant and proactive in keeping the environment secure, which is a crucial factor for parents who are entrusting their children to the care of others.
