It’s 2 months still I haven’t received refund. Unprofessional management and quite rude behavior. Once you leave pg no one responds. I recommend guys not to pay security deposit if you going to stay here otherwise forget deposit. Once or twice only clean the room. Dirty kitchen, filthy laundry and fridge. Their staff threaten to remove the post and said they will never pay me the security deposit as told by Mr naini manager of nectar living today dated 17 sep 2024. Would request Mr Owner to call me and resolve this issue since your manager not letting me to talk to you not sharing your number or don’t know it may be your decision. Or else I have to take legal action against Nectar living police report and court case. For your evidence you have sent me only not even half of my security deposit after more than a months. Had a month stay at Nectar Living. After trying out the different options for stay, Nectar living was my choice. It was a very good experience.

The flats are spacious and the rooms are good. A big plus point is that each and every room has its own kitchen. Amenities like fridge and washing machine are also available but one in each floor i.e 6 of us shares the same. All we have to do is just move in and the rest is there.

The property is in the prime location so my office was just 30 to 40 steps away. The housekeeping was awesome. The attitude of the people was very friendly. Loved the place.

He didn't return the deposit don't ever visit there - I did raised the request to vacate on 8th of May. According to him they want the request to be raised on 5th May. They didn't listen to me. They were so feared that they didn't pick up the phone from police. When I called the police. I had my flight next day. So couldn't do a lot of things. I returned their flat as it was in a very good condition, also returned the keys informing them - not running away. Pity these people who cannot work hard and earn. They just are...
