Extremely Disappointing Dining Experience

Today along with my friends went to Flechazo, Raidurg and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Our experience can be summarized with the following points:

Delayed Seating: Despite booking a table for 2 PM, we were made to wait until 3:15 PM before being seated, which was already an inconvenience.

Starter Shortage: The first sign of trouble was when the starters arrived and were clearly not enough to serve our group of 20 people. To make matters worse, they were never replenished.

Poor Service: We repeatedly requested the manager to send more starters to our table, but our pleas fell on deaf ears.

Extended Waiting: Our wait for starters continued until 4 PM, leaving us famished.

Lack of Main Course: To make matters worse, there was no main course available to compensate for the shortage of starters.

Inadequate Live Counters: The live counters promised exciting dishes, but they were understocked and unable to serve as expected.

Frustration: After numerous attempts to get some food on our table, we ultimately decided to settle for ice cream and leave, as our hunger could not be satiated.

When it came to settling the bill, I encountered further issues:

Rude Behavior: The manager's approach to handling the bill was extremely impolite and unprofessional. He demanded the full bill amount, even though they failed to serve us nearly 30% of what was promised in the package.

Lack of Communication: The manager seemed uninterested in addressing customer concerns. He brushed aside anyone who raised points and admonished us not to voice our dissatisfaction.

Insensitive Attitude: It was evident that the manager lacked the basic sense of customer service and respect. He wrongly assumed that our presence was merely for "time pass" and unfairly accused us of seeking undeserved discounts. I have recorded the video while we are talking to that manager and sharing it to management over email.

Very disheartening experience . Ruined my husband's birthday treat. I wanted to avoid all hassles on the day so had my table prebooked as per the apps suggestion ( Zomato). I did the payment done too from the Zomato app taking advantage of independence day offers. When we were leaving, the restaurant people came behind us asking about the payment. When we showed the payment history they began arguing that they usually don't have the option of prior payment at all and that you must speak to the people from zomato. Zomato people told they are contacting and will help you out but later told that the payment which was done could not be accepted as u need to avail the offer on the same day . My question is ...what is the use of choosing a prior booking and payment option if the restaurant doesn't accept. I wanted to avoid the hassle of paying on the spot so chose the online payment . Also if the restaurant doesn't has the option to pay in prior why does it show on the app. To my utter disappointment , my money got deducted but the restaurant says it is not paid. They come running behind us as if we left without paying. They made us wait in the sun for 30 minutes with 2 children. Just because the restaurant and the app 'partnership' had issues. We are educated people and it was disrespectful of both the parties to behave in such a manner. Though Zomato offered refund, I had to pay an extra 400 after wasting 30 minutes in the parking area . Ever since this restaurant chain opened at Hyderabad we have tasted the food at their different branches. Food at every Flechazo outlet has been pretty decent with variety of items and drinks offerings, but what made this particular outlet standout was the exceptional service we got. We celebrated our daughter's birthday in this outlet. When we approached this branch we were attended by Ms. Reshma and the branch manager Mr. Sofi and what an awesome welcome and service we received from them. They arranged every single thing required for the party as per our request and even made special decorations with the material we supplied. They have taken extra care for each of our guests during the party and ensured all are enjoying the food personally. When the service is good, half of our heart gets filled! Coming back to the food and its taste, after each service they came and asked for our feedback and they modified items as per our requirement and taste. Not only the food items were absolutely delicious, but the behavior of the staff, led by Reshma and their hospitality, went above and beyond. It truly made our visit memorable.
