i purchased a 4 gold coin from josco mg road showroom ...

but only after making payment they showed the grams in weighing scale measuring 3.990 gm only.

when i asked where is the remaining 10 ml , or give me another coin which contains approx 4gram , then the sales man said it is not an issue of concern generally it is made that way & handed the purchase bill with seal on it stating "I CONFIRM THAT THE JEWELLERY IN THE INVOICE IS OF GOOD QUALITY AND CONDITION AND THAT I BOUGHT IT ON THE ABOVE SAID DATE AFTER DUE EXAMINATION INCLUDING WEIGHT AND IT FULLY MEETS MY SATISFACTION

i visited shop when they were preparing to close that days sale may be to wind up quick they did this to me .

for millionaires a loss in 10 ml is nothing but people like me have only hard earned money which is looted by deliberate carelesness of staff.

2 years back... same type of situation i faced but that time i was selling gold... but my mother find out ..& pointed it , also argued then they agreed they are mistaken & repaid the deducted amount .

Let the buyer beware Coveat...

The store places no value on customer satisfaction and seems more focused on money. They will make you wait unnecessarily. Most of the sales staff initially act friendly, but once the purchase is made, their attitude changes, making you feel as though you need to pay them again just to get a smile. It’s better to choose Bhima, Alapatt, or Malabar Gold, as they offer better options and significantly superior customer service.

After purchasing, we needed to resize a ring and were asked to return after five days. Thankfully, we called to confirm on the scheduled day, only to find out there was yet another delay with fabricated excuses, and the date was postponed again. Even when visiting the store, I was made to wait for over 30 minutes. The entire team seems disorganized, with poor communication. I even faced unnecessary difficulties just to get the bill.
