I recently purchased a Bluestar air conditioner from Reliance Digital Thripunithura, and what should have been an exciting addition to my home quickly turned into a nightmare due to a glaring issue: the improper installation of the AC unit. I felt compelled to share my experience here, in hopes of alerting others to the lack of professionalism and responsibility I encountered.
The troubles began shortly after the installation, when the rains came. To my shock and dismay, water began seeping into my room from outside, directly through the AC unit. This led to not only severe inconvenience but also significant damage to my freshly textured wall. The damage has resulted in unexpected repair costs, tarnishing what should have been a positive home improvement project.
In my frustration, I promptly contacted Reliance Digital Thripunithura to report the issue and request a resolution. Regrettably, my experience with their staff was nothing short of disappointing. Their response to my complaint was characterized by unresponsiveness and a severe lack of professionalism. The staff's apathetic and dismissive attitude towards my predicament left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated especailly Mr.Amal from the showroom sales and MR Renjith from the service team.
As a paying customer, I had reasonably expected a professional installation service and timely assistance in addressing any issues that might arise. Unfortunately, Reliance Digital Thripunithura fell woefully short of these expectations. Their subpar installation work and the indifferent response from their staff reflect poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.
In light of this experience, I feel compelled to caution potential customers against relying on Reliance Digital Thripunithura for their air conditioning needs. While my AC unit may be functioning correctly now, the initial installation process and subsequent lack of support have left a bitter taste in my mouth.
In conclusion, my experience with Reliance Digital Thripunithura's installation of my Bluestar AC unit has been deeply unsatisfactory. I have asked the CSR whether I can connect to her supervisor, he/she says she cant transfer the call to her supervisor. Helpless customer, only think he/she can do is not to go that store again. Unfortunately, I had no one to warn me about them when I purchased an LG 335 LTE refrigerator from them in Dec. Things started going south for me right from the time of payment. I can write an essay on the horrible experience I had. But let me not get into that. Here are top 5 reasons why you should reconsider if you plan to buy from this store: Zero accountability. They have absolutely no concern about after sales problems customer might encounter. Arrogant and rude delivery staff who do not care for your product. (The delivery guy came alone to deliver a refrigerator. And then he wanted me to help him unload the product from his auto rickshaw and carry it inside.) Multiple teams that handle one request( ReqQ, Warehouse, Store). However, none of these teams are in sync and end up passing the responsibility to the each other. You as a customer, end up waiting days for a demo and installation because of their inefficiency. Sluggish store management Pathetic customer service. This one goes for Reliance digital customer care as well. I found the representatives had absolutely no clue on how to resolve customer concerns. Every time I called, I had to explain my problem over and over again to different people.
In all, it took me over ten days to finally get my refrigerator installed.
