Chicking petta — Restaurant in Kerala

Last day I ordered food from here for my friend and I had faced the bad experience for the first time from this brand. The food was not properly cooked the chicken meat had Red colour . Just like semi cooked . And I called the toll-free no. To report this they give me a WhatsApp no. To send the piks and they admitted it was not cooked properly. And asked them them to get me a c andall back from the store manager. The said wit in mins the will do the needful. After 30min i visited the store. It was abt 9.30 or so it was rush in the store. I asked a employee to connect me to the store manager. He came and I explained everything and healthy asked me do I hav the food on me I said I hav ordered it for someone else so I don't hav and I showed the pics which I had on my phone. And he is saying it's properly cooked. And he took a pice frome the shelf and seperated it from the bone and showed me. That was properly cooked then he said this wil become just lik the pik which I showed after its cool down. And I went back and brought the food from my friends house and showed him stil he just repeated the same thing. I was so disappointed by this service. He asked me what he hav to short this out . I said I don't want a refund or food voucher for this i just lost the trust and I won't be eating any more fm here. I just want them to get educat the staff what the hav to do .and cross check if it's done properly. This is food which goes inside our body . There are many cases in the society lik people dies due to food poison and all . I hop it's don't get repeated and get notified by...

This letter is written to express our dismay over the service provided by your Chicking outlet at Thripunithura

From the first order we placed, your agency could only deliver us garlic paste and bun. And instead of our order, they provided us with 24 pieces of brosted chicken.

Ok, we do agree, mistakes do happen, so we called the delivery boy and informed him that we did not receive the exact dishes we ordered. He replied over phone that he'll bring back the thing we ordered soon.And meanwhile we waited on hungry stomach for almost an hour just because the delivery boy said so.

Since he didn't come back even after an hour, we called him back and all he replied was the dishes we ordered are not available at the moment, so he could not deliver it. We waited for an hour suppressing our hunger and he didn't even show the courtesy to inform us about the unavailability of the food. This is really infuriating and unagreeable.

Take this as a final warning letter and do not let this happen again , to me or any other customer out there. Also, try to teach your delivery persons some basic etiquettes so that there never occurs a situation where people shall pay and still  starve. Keep this in mind, take it seriously and work on it. Else, you shall lose a lot more customers if...
