it was my daughter suggestion to have a pizza so we went to Pizza Hut, from the larger menu we found a chicken cheese pizza and the some bread also with the coke, but when I checking the menu the price was different which I get billed, that causes mass confusion for me, few minutes we go to Pizza the pizza was so delicious so good and the chicken was well take to with the extra spice was very good to eat, Aaj compare with other American restaurant they give free drinking water, very good thing for us which we get normally didn't get from any other American food chain restaurants in the area, this is the second time is a thing here and it was quite worthy for us, accept the confusion in the menu and the building we were satisfied, revive this sentence into a review for Google map for a Pizza Hut restaurant in Tripunithura,

The worst experience I ever had in Pizza Hut. Neither the Pizza was good nor the service. They refused to serve the pizza even though it's a dine-in restaurant. The took the order as take-away and gave us the pizza in boxes. No cutlery or plates were available. We had to ask them just to receive a small fiber plate, which was very inconvenient.

Though the staff tried to explain the condition with the reason that they are understaffed, it was the same for 2-3 months, and they don't have any plans to increase it. The whole restaurant is managed by 2-3 staffs including the manager. I demanded to speak to the manager, which she refused and didn't come out until we left.

Food was also very bad as there was very less or no cheese in the Pizza. I think they are trying to cut down the operation cost by reducing the staff size and food quality. They should close the place if they can't keep the standard and...

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this outlet while visiting with my family (including my elderly parents and wife) for dine-in on 26th July 2025 at 8.15 pm. Upon requesting a Meal for 4, the Shift Manager, Mr. Abhay, flatly refused to take the order citing a backlog of pending orders. Even when I offered to wait, he responded rudely, saying he couldn't assure when or if the order would be served.

This is not the first time I’ve faced poor service at this location this visit was my third, and sadly, the negative pattern continues. Attempts to reach out to the manager, Mr. Balaji Reddy, were in vain, as he ignored my calls and did not respond.

The entire episode was embarrassing and upsetting, especially when dining out with family. Completely unacceptable customer service.
